Its only a deposit and the whole thing depends on the insurance so fingers crossed. I uploaded a few pics of the zed on facebook of the car but I have only put a deposit on it and not fully paid for it yet. I didn't want to jump the gun on here saying its bought as its not officially mine until paid for.

Just under three week after the zed incident on the M74 and the insurance is just started to process the paper work :)

lol, I know its a lot more than that too but I can't find the receipts, at least I've got most of them from the last year.

As my build was coming to an end and the car was just insured the paperwork was not long in the post. But even if they did receive it, my guess is that it would disappear as I made a claim prior to them processing it. I haven't a leg to stand on with them regards the valuation so i'm just giving my case with regards my costs of the rebuild and all the pictures. Its a big list but it shows the biggest buys within the last 6 months to a year as the build came to completion.

And after showing the wife this list I now have dug my own grave : RIP :(

for valuation i'v got all my receipts so they are going to do it based on market value and using my receipts and general condition of the car.

Bloody AF, I setup an agreed valuation for 10k now they say they never received any of the proof. On the phone fighting with the underwriters.

I'd say braided lines are for dress up only as they still have the basic high pressure hose inside and the fancy end are no more than jubilee clamps with special covers to hide them.

Just buy some high pressure fuel line and cut to size. I used to run that braided stuff on my zed a few years back and I always had issues with it leaking as the connections easily become damaged if over tightened and it was easier to replace a jubilee rather than a full braded hose.

Updated ! So is the lines you want the ones that go from the filter over the top of the plenum to the fuel rail ?

I used Hel braided lines on my last zed with no issues.

Planning to buy back the old zed so will have a full series 4 interior. :) But would prefer to sell it as a whole.
