928
I used to have a 1991 H 928 S4. Fantastic car that looked and sounded great. Get the later S4/GT/GTS models and they look bang up-to-date. Dated interior though and hideously expensive for petrol. Had a few reliability probs with mine but I had a really good mechanic. Nowadays the mechanics is the key. They are difficult cars to maintain and you really really want someone who knows their stuff (928 specific, not just Porsche).

New seat covers, what do you guys think?
If you do have the logo then black gets my vote.

New seat covers, what do you guys think?
Can you have them without the logo - cause that would get my vote.

Just some Clarification on Front brake upgrade
I believe that the stock braking setup is more than sufficient for most peoples needs unless the car is being tracked. Most people have not experienced the stock system at its best and aren't aware how good it can be if all the parts are working as they should.

info please
There was two types of wheel supplied with the UK 350Z (not inc anniversary model) which were an 18inch Nissan wheel and the 18inch Rays manufactured wheel which was part of an upgrade. Imports also came with 17inch wheels. I don't think the other types of wheel suit the car as much, the Rays wheels are the ones to get if you can. Better quality and lighter, but cost more. I can't remember the sizes of the top of my head but they are staggered and give the car a nice stance without any need for spacers.

An interesting experiment
If it had been intentionally posted to catch people out (which it was) they would follow its progress, nobody in their right mind would take the chance for a fiver. It's too blatant and very different from the postie opening birthday cards. To be honest it wouldnt surprise me if Royal Mail did adopt similar practicies to weed out the undesirables.

An interesting experiment
Am i the only one who wasnt surprised it was delivered? The novelty factor and the potential that it had been sent by a post office employee as a stooge to weed out the thieves meant it was very likely to be delivered.

Facelifting the Z....tentative!
All sounds good. Personally I wouldn't bother with the 99spec lights but instead go with the gloss black/silver ring mod that prev been discussed. Looks stock but just gives them a subtle lift.

Everyone is moaning about ebay today!
Definately painted with polished lip looks best. Very nice wheels by the way.

Picked up new car today
Oh no couldn't get rid of a zed - be like choosing which child to give up. I seriously need some more space though - might look at renting a garage though i don't think there are any near. I haven't been using the zed's much. The modified manual has been sorned since sept last year and, with the arrival of the GT-R, i don't know if i'll tax it this year. Saying that i'd always planned to take that car if i went on the Nurburgring trip.

Picked up new car today
As I was on the M6 just after collecting it a biker pulled alongside for a look and gave the thumbs up. It really has presence that you just don't get with Porsche's and the like. I went back and forth with the colour to be honest. Spent some time at Middlehurst where they had every colour in awaiting delivery. Orginally I would have gone for black but it is a flat colour and apparently marks very easily. I also didn't think it showed off the aggresive lines of the car. Also I would of had to wait longer for a black one. Out of all the other colours the gun metallic is best. Really suits the car.

Picked up new car today
Your too clever for your own good sometimes - thought it might take a while. Yes got a GT-R this morning. It's going to be very difficult keeping it below 3500rpm for 1200 miles.

Picked up new car today
Picked up my new car today. Absolutely chuffed with it. One of the Zed's has been relegated outside so the new car can be safe and warm in the garage. I won't tell you what it is, but its brand new, a 2+2, and fairly rapid First one to guess it gets a Friday :duffer: A big public thanks to the wife for putting up with me and all these cars.

billionaire sells delivery mileage cars
Fantastic find though they are - the problem is what to do with them. As soon as you register them to use the value plummet's. So nice to have if your happy to just look at them.

im tempted
