I know it,s a long shot but does aybody know of a way of changing the front n/s injector without removing the plenum ? i think it,s died You can clearly see one screw but the other looks near on impossible to get to without removing everything :surrender:

The NA belt is a three rib belt and pulley and the TT one is a four rib belt so the TT one wont fit and the TT pulley isn,t interchangable onto the NA pump so you,ll need an NA belt or remove one rib from the TT belt with a sharp knife , you do need the Pump AND Bracket as it,s different , but on a good note the TT power steering pipe does fit onto the NA pump :thumbup1: HTH

Ayup Mark , i ended up using a rear wiper motor off a little jap car with an arm welded to the shaft , tried a metal geared high torque large servo but it just didn,t quite have enough power and thought about using a linear actuator but they were a bit pricey . Here,s a vid of the mechanism .HTH

I got a similar problem once and out turned out to be the air filter getting wet , water was dripping inbetween the nose panel and bumper and straight onto the air filter which was a cone filter , i put a little cover over the top to deflect any drops and problem solved , i hope it,s something as simple as that bud . :thumbup1:
