Cheers for that jeff,banjo in the d/plug sounds interesting as the sump oil seems the best place for a decent reading. ;)

Matey of mine got aftermarket guages [auto-meter] and i was wondering where the best place to site the sender for oil temp,me i thought directly in the sump :eek: but this is a bit impractical-so any other suggestions/experiances to get a true reading would be most appreciated, Cheers in advance.

Being relatively new here i can't comment on the forums past,But at present i reckon it's sH!t hot,and is THE reason i took the plunge and bought my zed! ANYONE who puts in time/money to keep something running for the benefit of others is on for a few drinks IMHO,so keep it up! Right let's put this in perspective!! The lights themselves are HELLA units,and as such are used on various applications-such as f/lifts,pagini zonda,diablo,motorhomes etc.The fact there advertised as "LAMBO"lights is just to get your attention,as "RECOVERY TRUCK LIGHT CONVERSION FOR 300ZX" doesn't quite sound the same!! Anyway, I got em cos I like em,plus i can get replacement lenses from my local auto electrical supplier who distributes HELLA products ;) Hope this makes things clearer. Cheers.

First off,any of the fuses u replaced blown again?-if so gotta sort this first. The radio and tv screen is probably on the same feed-so sort the radio and the screen should work,depending on how it's wired of course! The door open light could mean door/tailgate IS open :slap: or u got a dicky pin switch-take each one off and see if that puts out the light.HTH Cheers.

Has anyone else fitted one?-cos mine was a bitch!! Like steve-o says the locking pins simply hold the roofs in place,now if someone could figure a way that pulls the roof panel down as well i'm pretty sure that would help.

Hi mate,wondered if you can shed some light on this? After fitting engine oil cooler i noticed on one of the rubber hoses a "bulge", anyway found this to be what looks like a restrictor in the pipe,is this for pressure drop etc or not?-and is it important? cheers. ;)
