Day 1, Auto-manual conversion :-D
Heres a few more pics of progress tonight, 1 Auto tt flywheel removed and picture of ; My mate is helping me on Sunday to get the box back in, so i need to get all the stuff ready for him, so.... I have a few questions to ask, if you dont mind helping out ,and have you any other tips for me at this stage. 1. I need to remove the auto pilot bushing? is this in picture 3 right in the centre by my arrow? just checking? 2. I need to install a new MT pilot bushing, Do I just pick one up from Nissan parts? and order ref numbers? 3. Prop-shaft??? Do i need to alter the N/A prop to fit or will it be ok as it is?? 3 flywheels, from left to right, Auto tt,manual TT, Manual N/A pilot bush? Cheers in advance Daz

Redundant?
So far so good for me!! I got made redundant August 2008 after serving 8 years as a Site manager( contracts manager) with a family run awesome company, good pay, great holidays and great people around me, It was the last thing they wanted but the RBS pulled the plug on our projects and within 4 months the whole multi million pound company was gone!!!!Unbelivable, I thought the world had ended, sell my house?, and my zeds!!!!! BUT!! 2 Months later my mate and I set up a joinery company and never looked back since!!! We have loads of work ahead of us and have never had a day off work through the whole time, only for holidays which i though i would never have again!!! So things have certainaly not really changed for me, I feel fitter as i now have to work for a living and not sit in an office full of health and safety manuals, the money is about the same, apart from paying my own tax now! not paye anymore! and I`m a lot less stressed not looking after big projects!! So keep your chin up mate, something will turn up(normally for the better), and remember! your not the only one who is struggling or worried about the economy at the moment, there are a lot of people a lot worse off than us!!!! Daz.
