  8.:lol: nice one Tiger :winkiss:
  9. I tried spunk, but i shot the next door neighbour in the eye and she wasnt happy and then i swallowed my chewing gum laughing!! Nice one, Didnt need to do anything to get them to fit as they are, but the top sides where they meet the car are off about 10/20mm so they need to be glued and then held in place so they fit tight up, over all they are not bad, but close up they need the finishing touch!! so the glue needs to be strong to twist them into place mukker:punk:
  10. Cheerz bud, Thats good shit that hard as nails stuff, would it not pull the paint off if i get sick off the skirts or damage them?:crying: How was your meet today bud??? Daz
  11. Cheerz boyz, thanks for all the comments, I must say all the hard work I`ve done to convert my TT into a manual, I`d much rather drive the auto vert!!! and I`ve been out all day and only used 1/4 of a tank of fuel??? Hey car.mad what do you use to attach the skirts mate?? Daz
  12. Ohhhhh yEH, I`ve bought a nice shiny MOMO gear knob from redbaron Phil too, cheers mate, not fitted yet, will do tommorra. nice to see all your zeds too, them picture`s in the for sale ad dont do them justice!!! the vert is stunning.
  13. Been waiting for ages to put these on, so temporary attached them today to see what they look like, They didnt fit as good as I thought they would being Bomex? I still need to do a bit of jiggery pokery to get them to sit right on the car. So next weekend they are back off and I`m going to splatter waxoyl everywhere behind the skirts and fully attach them!!! Hope you like!

  15. No worries bud, Choose which laptop connection you would like to go with either USB or RS232, IIRC some lads had a few problems connecting with USB but that was probably the laptop, The lead is complete with the car connector on one end and your chosen laptop connection on the other and wired up at one end is the controll box! simply boot the software on the laptop and connect to the car, Nissan data scan looks quite impressive and seems complicated at first, but quite easy to use when you get the hang of it, You may get free with the package `nissan data dash` its another small program that runs on a in car pc and is basically real time dials showing boost pressure oil pressure ect, a bit like the dash on a new skyline!!! Daz.
  16. ^^^^^that Lexus is a Beaut!!!!
  17. Me too, but which one do i take?????
  18. Well done on the purchase bud, lets see some pics!!!!! It is indeed the speed limit warning chime, mine had it, took me 5 years to cut the wire as i kept forgetting to do it, i only remembered when i went on the motorway I think its 1 green wire to cut behind the clocks, 20 min job, Groover is the best man to ask Daz http://www.pexcom.com.au/z32cms/e107_images/Disabling_Speed_Alarm.pdf
  19. Lol, yeh but they piss on the seats!!!
  20. Hi Bud, One of my mates has worked at General Traffic in Southport for over 10 years (thats a partco type of place of those who dont know) and just left to become a Taxi driver! He absolutley loves it, he said all his stress levels have completley gone and the daily 9 till 5 is a thing of the past, he can do what and when he wants and cant see him ever leaving the job. Daz. P/s what you doing tonight??? I need a lift to Liverpool `TAXI!!!!!!`:tt2:
  21. Thanks Dave, To be honest I`ve not even looked yet, it could be something obvious, so i will start in the boot today and work my way around the car till i find something dicky? Ahh I`ve just realised!! my fogs now illuminate on side lights as they are led driving lamps!!
  22. Yes mate, the fog light for the back is in 1 of the reverse light bulb holders!! you`ve got me thinking now?? i have a switch on my centre console that turns it on!! I may have disconnected something when i did my manual conversion?? Do you agree? Cheers
  23. mmm, Ok bud i will check that out!! Thanks
  24. As above, been having a few niggles with the lights recently? Firstly the rear near side light would not illuminate, indicators and brakes were ok, so Jeff advised the light module in the boot was faulty, so i replaced it and hey presto it worked!!! But i have just noticed when i press the brake pedal my fogs light up at the front?? Strange Any suggestions?? Thanks Daz
