I'm running a Powerflow cat-back system on my twin turbo, and I'm rather chuffed with it. As previously stated, they used to have a bad name, but I took the chance anyway. The welding is no work of art (could just be the particular guy that did mine) but the whole system is made to your own spec, so you can have it as loud or as quiet as you like, and there is a massive range of tailpipes to choose from. I must say though, the fit was excellent - mounted nice and solid, no rattles or bangs! Best part was, only £400 all in - happy boy :D.

Went for a week for my honeymoon last year, stayed in the Riu Mambo at Puerta Plata. Didn't do much but would recommend the 'Monster Truck' trips into the country's interior, good day out. Food was great, but don't drink the water - gives you the famous 'Puerto Plata Splatta' ;). Didn't leave the resort, but staff were extremely friendly and helpful people. Our room had it's own row of optics in too - proper Carribean Rum, mmmmmmm :duffer:

The Dark Warrior has just fitted HID's and his first impression were that they are awesome. Headlights are renowned for being cack on Z's, and HID's are the best upgrade you can get - could save your life if you drive a lot at night!

I'm on day 24 now, done it the hard way (no patches/gum) and I really feel like all the cravings have gone now :). Definitely got more energy throughout the day, and can catch my breath a lot quicker at work after a session of heavy lifting/carrying. I am drinking a hell of a lot more spirits though . Lungs getting better, liver getting worse... Oh well, keep it up Dave!! :D :D
