Not that I'm knocking Ryan at ZTech - I've heard he is Da Man as far as Zeds are concerned, and worth the travel. I just thought John might be easier for you :).

ZTech is a bit of a trek from our area Spinks, I would say John Dixon is your best bet (gonna ask him to do some bits for me soon). He is based in Kidderminster, so not too far - you'll probably meet him at one of the gatherings before log, top bloke :).

I quit at New Year - was on 20+ a day and just stopped. The biggest help to me was understanding that I was giving up because I wanted to, not because of peer pressure or financial reasons. That way, if you have a smoke, you're only letting yourself down so you can't hide from it. The first week was surpisingly easy, but I was out of routine, once I got back to work it was really tough for a week but this 3rd week has been ok. Stick with it dude, you'll be glad you did, I've already noticed that I've got more energy, and I don't smell like an ashtray :D.

Quality :D. Surely he'll never make the winning bidder pay up though? Ah well, he's got absolutely nothing to lose in trying I suppose ;).

I'm impressed with my Powerflow system. Custom built on your car, so it fits perfectly. You can choose from a massive range of tailpipes, they make it sound as quiet or as loud as you like, and a cat-back system only cost me £400 (price does vary a bit from centre to centre). Don't know what performance improvements are like, wasn't really bothered TBH, I was just after look and sound. The welding isn't immaculate but it does its job, sounds ace, and it's solid (doesn't catch/scrape anywhere).
