Yeah I have the central 20 and JWT switchable chip (cheers Andy) ;) in my TT Auto and although I havent tested properly yet (the central 20 that is) it did seem alot more responsive with the central 20 chip than the JWT :hyper: once the cars back from the good old Baggins Z master :D then I will give it a good proper test. Cheers Ant

Flashing /waving other zeds
Bloody typical, today a silver zed was coming the opposite way and I usually flash or wave but of all the times I do this to other fellow zed drivers round my way they never flash/wave back :( so this time i didnt flash as i thought i'd get blanked then to my suprise he flashed his lights at me, i did wave but he may not have seen  so opologies if it was anyone here I wasnt being rude and i did wave! Oh this was in Upminster Essex at around 12.30 today. Cheers Ant

Anyone got a TV in there Z?
http://rides.300zx.co.uk/rides/3762/interior_before.jpg Heres my standy one ;) I have screwed the stand over the passenger heater vent and my screen slides on/off for security. You can get the non motorised ones for about £80 on ebay now, I think thats what I am gonna get as I cant be bothered to put mine on and take it off - just lazy thats all. Hope this helps Ant :D

Nzr; Mr2 Turbo-any Good?
Mate, My advice is go for a rev 2 (225bhp) or 3 (245bhp) as these have the suspension sorted and are more easy to mod. I believe on a rev 2 people advise against putting a bov on due to the air flow meter, the rev 3 has the newer type air thingy so bovs are fine. I used to own a rev 2 GT, the GT is the top model whereas the GTS hasnt got the leather / suede seats and a few other gadgets, power wise both are exactly the same. Rev 2 - J-K plate Rev 3 - L onwards i think. (round rear lights) For a rev 2 I would expect to pay upto 4.5k for a good example with around 60k and a rev 3 anything from 4.5k up. Just make sure it has been looked after like all cars and the cambelt side of things isnt that much of a big job as I had mine done and was only around £250 including service etc. Good luck mate this is a very fun car and from pull away i would say these are quicker than a standard zed but midrange has no where near the tourque of the zed :) Hope this is of some use. :D

Worth It??
Thanks mate (if only it was a manual I hear you say :D ), its not the case as long as you get someone who knows there stuff to look at it, as with all cars anything can go wrong, so buy one thats been well looked after and has history to prove. The only prob i've had is a pinhole in a rubber tube but they are 15 years old so thats just general maintenance. Yes some can be a nightmare as youve probably read on here but if you get a gooden then it wont be any different to any other car. Good luck. Ant
