    HA Ha like it, yep that was me good old chewing gum, all sorted now though new terminals and "Extra" strong soldering!!! Thanks for the black tape that someone supplied me ???? Soz i left early but really wanted to get the wires sorted. Didnt really get a chance to meet people but hope to see you all at billing and if anyone wants to meet up before hand and go down together??? Saturday morning that is. Ant :p

  17. Yes mate there the ones, so at least i was trying the right ones, cannot for the life of me get these undone, what did you use, i was using a socket set but just cant get the leaverage. Cheers ant
  18. Hello, I tried to fit my new 3G discs tonight but cannot get the caliper off. I tried undoing the 2 big bolts at the rear as this is what i think is holding the caliper on, but the buggers wont budge, am i doing the rights bolts or should i be trying others. :cry: Thanks all for your great help as ever.   19. Hello all, Anyone know where i can get one of the above and any info on this would be much appreciated. As i am getting worried about my gearbox after all the previous threads i have read about autos breaking etc, so anything i can do to help maintain it the better. (just waiting for all the convert to manual comments :rofl: - would love to but cant justify spending that sort of money with the up coming house purchase!!) Thanks peeps. Ant

    Hello mate, I have just gone for the Porterfields front and rears of Smithy and the 10 groove 3G front discs, havent fitted them yet but will report back once done, think i might get the front caliper re-new kit for MJP aswell while im doing it. For the discs and pads it has cost me £290 so hopefully its quite cheap?? I'll post once all done and tell ya the results. Cheers Ant :hyper:

  23. I used SMW1's instructions too when i fitted mine, mines a jap and after a biit of twisting it will come out all i did was unplug the connecter to it then lifted it out and rested it on the top. Try again mate it will come out!!
  24. So its something i can do myself then?? Just checked the water and thats full and so is the oil, it was definately water that was leaking just seems strange it hasnt gone down?? So where exactly is this pipe and how do i get to it to see if it has split?? Thanks again Ant
