how many teeth on the CAS disk?
Its got 360 outer slots then 6 inner slots of varying size depending on what cylinder is at TDC. Will only fit one way as the 3 mounting holes are offset from centre. Out of interest, why do you need to know? If its for aftermarket management, I have some 36-1 pattern disks I get made for the emerald conversions if it would help you?

Larger turbos and injector issue Help please...
Best lower it slightly as you'll probably have slightly more flow for same pressure on larger turbos (more efficient so air cooler and more dense).

Has anyone gone electric?
Yeah, should do. I've got mine mounted on the outside of the RHS chassis rail behinde the front wing (close to where the intercooler used to be). Its about the same size as a starter motor with no solenoid on it.

600zx - Finally back to work....
Know the feeling mate, think mine spun a bearing yesterday :( Annoying when it's the stuff you pay other people to do that goes wrong. To say I'm angry would be an understatement.

Has anyone gone electric?
I used a Mk2 MR2 one, pretty big unit compared to some of the others but seems to work OK.

Hi Neil, will give you a call tonight. Aaron, hopefully all sorted now! Car.Mad, drop me a PM and remind me mate! I'm totally flat out at work just now, working most evenings and weekends so no chance of getting any dyno time until at least mid-june really.

Adjustable Steering Assistance
Just the one, she's 3 next month, amazing how quick it flies in! Didn't realise you still had the Zed, nice one, just presumed you'd sold it ages ago for some reason. Hoping to get to the odd meet this year if I have time so maybe see you at one.

Adjustable Steering Assistance
Hi Mate, how are you and the family?! Certainly has been a while. Never done an RX7 mate. Could stick an emerald on it for you but would never have the time to look into chipping it properly I'm afraid. If you can get a chip you trust I could probably fit it for you though.

Adjustable Steering Assistance
Just waiting on Karl to release the new firmware with all the multi-purpose tables in then it'll be available. It's soemthing that can be added easily later, just oen output to the solenoid to be connected.

White Series 1 H Reg in Kilmarnock
Lol, did any of you see that TV thing 'The Scheme'?! Brought back some memories, that numptie Marvin used to kick about in the bus station when I was at school trying to 'tax' us all!

I just paid £218 for a set of rod bearings!!! Bargain eh.

Brake options
Skyline R33/R34GTR fronts are popular. They're 330mm Brembo 4 pots. R33 straight bolt on, R34 need the hub carriers drilled out to 14mm. Much bigger pad area than the stock Akebono callipers, pretty good upgrade.

BDC licence day at Silverstone
Leon at Alunox has jigs for z32 cages, he did them ages ago but never had time to actually make the cages! They were going to be MSA/FIA approved so he should be able to help with that.

New Job for me
Congrats Antony! Think that was one of ours (ABB), we get sent a surprising amount of vids from customer's playing on them apparently! Pretty cool too:

NA conversion to TT challenge
Fuel pump controller is different. Easiest just to bypass it really.

dyno day tmoz
Must admit, was very impressed with the mid-range on this, really, really strong. Once we can get the fuel pumps sorted out etc. it should be very powerful, the headwork, bigger valves etc. make a huge difference, money well spent.

Rest in pieces - 600zx
Bloody hell mate, you don't have much luck. My advice would just be leave it for a while until you get sorted and get back on your feet and hopefully by then you'll have got your enthusiasm back for it. We'll hear them side-by-side down the pod one day!!

Me Renewed
Alright mate!! Nice to see you back :D

My ZED is ALIVE!!!!! see for yourself...
And RESPONSIVE too, like the fact Martin resisted the urge to just go for the biggest turbos possible and put something sensible on there instead, will make for a much better car than an 800bhp dyno queen, particularly when coupled with the NOS for spoolup and anti-lag

My ZED is ALIVE!!!!! see for yourself...
Nah mate, don't bother with them. Got enough on my hands with stock ECU's and emerald to get into AEM too!
