  1. if that floats your boat si :smash:
  2. ask in the for sale section or one of the traders on here, many zeds are being broken these days. :)
  3. normally the sgp ones are a pain, had to file the rut out slightly on a couple before the woodruff key would sit home, you should also make the key sit like a wedge, seen a few times where people have whizzed the 27mm bolt on and the key has not gone home properly, causing either damage to the cutout on the crank or worse the pulley working loose!
  4. sorry to hear alan ;(, chin up mate, you still have a widearse! all the best greg
  5. if you use the right belt it wont squeak, fitted loads without issues, its down to over tightening or to large belt
  6. i know what you mean, when there here your fookin fed up, when they go away your fookin fed up :p no win situation LMAO
  7. you can get a mongoose or scorpion systym with small quad pipes which can be bought from the catalyst back! around the £400-500 mark, dont waste money chopping and fitting new tails pipes wheels go for a width 8.5" front 10"rears i had 18s on mine which were sufficant. Especially when lowered. someone will have to add tyre sizes as there not my thing. sounds like you got a nice car, just service here regularly and hopefully a trouble free fun car will be the answer enjoy greg
  8. nice one matey, congrats to everyone!!
  9. the first pic of the r34 gt-r joely put up would do me!
  10. magnetic pick up tool is your best friend! especially on 300s
  11. have some balls? i think wozza has balls to drive down the m4 popping a wheelie on a motorbike at 140+ either that or stupid  ;) Back on topic if your daft to pull a z engine and refit which ok is not that hard, but lets face it (time consuming!) is it worth not having them balanced?, its ok to try this maybe on an sr20det or similar, just like the project your working on take 20mins to pull the turbo! id rather have peace of mind for the sake of £50 or so than it imploding or causing excessive wear on components! its ok marking components but unless you can spin the turbo at a stupid RPM then you will never know if any lateral/radial play is present from your already possible cock up of a rebuild. you do what you do! id personally not recomend it gibster bud. Having worked on 300s for the last three years and seen cotastropheys (sorry for spelling fraser) its not worth the bullshit advice :smash:
  12. fairlady summit or nothing thats charming LMAO nice one andy
  13. happy birthday david, all the best greg ps. im trying to find that number for you.
  14. thing is theres no real way of doing 160+mph in this country, your never likely to be there unless your on the strip, my sx would keep with a stock z when running 1 bar of boost easily. your knocking off 400kgs so power to weight if you setup the final drive of the sx then you could add some top end punch, but end of the day a 3.0 TT was designed to have legs, and power delivery is smooth opposed to neck breaking, iv owned both so can comment, id rather have my z on most occassions but for mucking about the sx would win. over a 100 the z is a brute compared to the sx, but midrange i found the 200 with straight through systym mental from 60-120 which is where i drive most of the time both cool cars, z looks better with some kit on!
  15. and dont use the naff nylon bushes that come with the ebay kits, problem is you nipp the nut up and it bites in to the bushing causing tight gear changes.
  16. happy birthday steve mate! hope you had a good day greg
  17. white rota's on a 200sx look nice white wheels on a black z undecided. markgixxer liking the z bud!
  18. agree totally but the 300 has less lag :wack: cant agree with that, my sx came in at 2750 with full boost in non standard form :duffer:
  19. at first i thought clarkson was hangin up his gloves LMAO
  20. happy birthday danny
  21. Lmao @ Supra Meet ;)
  22. not really, the heads are restricted so unless you port them out to that of a twin turbo then the power differance will be questionable
