  1. I was leaving barry devlins as this was coming in ! if you want the wheels they will still be at devlins
  2. ive actually got a pressure switch sitting in a drawer you can have FOC if you decide to build your own, ive even got a couple of old fire extinguishers as well !
  3. there is a hose behind the engine that gives the heater core the hot water to heat the interior, check to see if its been looped to bypass the core, if it has more than likely the matrix has burst and will need changed
  4. make your own using fire extinguisher, some nylon hose and make a halo for the intercooler out of some copper brake pipe and drill some small holes on one side for the spray. Should be able to make something yourself for under 75 quid
  5. kid chameleon and super Mario cart for the SNES, best 2 games ever !
  6. http://www.noswizard.com/co2-intercooler-cooler-kit-2.html but tbh even with tax etc it will prob be cheaper from abroad
  7. air inside the rad, have you bled it properly ?
  8. he was advertising it 6 months ago with tax and test for 750, and the longer it was on the higher his price got !
  9. I know what you mean, don't know how its done though.
  10. if anyone wants me to take a look for them its only 45 mins away from me
  11. one of the turbos has blown, its been for sale for over a year
  12. I had a toad ai606 and an hks turbo timer and they worked fine together
  13. ask for the transcripts of the call, that way if they agreed to 15k when you bought it then you have been missold the insuarance and can claim the lot back
  14. Got some good news :) I decided to break a fiat stilo JTD115 I have, and once I pulled the front end off I noticed the intercooler core looked like the same height and width as the zed one. So I pulled the tabs back one both and found the zed end caps fit onto the stilo intercooler, which is 2 inches longer, half and inch taller, and has DOUBLE the amount of fins the zed does ! This should mean you get roughly 30 percent more cooling than a standard one and with minor mods you can use the original brackets and all you need is a bit of 2 inch pipe to extend the intercooler pipe ( ive got a load of 2 inch ally pipe and can cut and post to people that do this) Ive got a couple pics to show the results ( ive not fitted the intercooler yet as I didn't have time, but will be looking at it today) Not to mention the stilo intercooler is at least 8-10 years newer so the fins wont be crumbling to dust. Its amazing I spent days trying to find and intercooler that was cheap and easy to fit and I had one in my unit the whole time !
  15. due to the end tanks they are not an easy fit, if you can fabricate one end tank yourself then they will fit quite well and are about 50 percent bigger than stock with a better fin density. Go for the 130 spec PD diesel ones, they are much thicker than the rest
  16. r33 rears are the same as ours, the fronts are lighter and better alloy calipers and 20mm bigger
  17. I still use dinitrol at work when the need arises, i just struggle to get it out ! im not convinced they changed the chemical makeup of that stuff, i honestly believe its just a mild version we use.
  18. you can yes, if you weld a small plate slightly thicker than normal ( maybe 1mm) then put on a small hose tail end and use a boost hose blank to seal it once you have used it, a brake fluid nipple or grease nipple wont give you the kind of spread to fill the cavity
  19. proper dinitrol is excellent for corrosion prevention (from aircraft industry ) i dont know how good that stuff is though. i used to have gallons of dinitrol i "borrowed" from various jobs but over the years its all been used and now its too hard to get so ive switched to engine oil and tetroseal
  20. for cavities i mix up a mixture of tetroseal and old engine oil and spray it in. it never sets hard and coats everything. ive used it inside sills for years and had great results :)
  21. The panel looks good mate, taking your time i see which is the best way, if you rush it you will always regret it. do you have a compressor mate ? for welding panels together ive got a spare air powered joggler, mates the panels together and when you weld there is alot less chance of blowing holes, you can have it for 30 quid delivered. ( its about 69 delivered brand BNIB which this one is)
  22. tuned z no, but the guys in the states are running big power cars and using lpg
  23. lpg is good, no question about it
  24. for the worst movie ever. Right At our Door. i just about walked out of the cinema. No zeds in it though
