Are you paid weekly or monthly ? Generally you only have to give as much notice as your pay period, the company has to give the full notice as defined in your contract. Also, courts seldom find against employees, especially if it would affect their ability to earn a living.

It has to be the car, as the bike simply doesn't pull the same top end.

Don't think power to weight ratio is the issue here (well I guess it is ultimately), it's about aerodynamics.

You don't have to upgrade the ECu when you increase the boost, but it is a good idea. I ran about 12psi for a year or more before I chipped it.

Have you disconnected the BCSV's ?

Your car would still have auto turbos, so may as well stick with auto ecu.
