In an emergency you can use a bit or Blue Hylomar and reuse them.

It's usually DEL or F11 when it's booting. Are you sure your CPU fan hasn't died ? I use MotherBoardMonitor to check that the fans are still spinning etc. Also, there are a few bits of s/w that vary the fan speed according to the temp - keeps the noise down.

I would have thought that you just get some software that takes a web cam photo every few minutes and automatically uploads it to a website. That sort of thing is available on http://www.download.com

Rule of thumb: If it looks too good to be true then it probably is. If it were that great a business idea then why would you tell other people about it (unless it involves removing more money from those people than the business itself generates) ?

He pays someone else to develop the site for him. Like everyone said, Luke is a top bloke who knows tons of stuff. Our aim for the site was to have traders who would take part in the community, rather than just sell stuff. I know Luke doesn't do that directly, unless you happen to catch him on the phone, but we would be delighted to have him back here, even if it's just in the form of a banner ad.

Dunno, he didn't respond to our calls, PM's or emails. I know he's not much of an Internet guy, so what I think we'll do, if we ever get in touch, is offer him a banner ad, rather than a forum, it'll probably be more use to him.
