There is a Microsoft version out there which is pretty good I believe. Also a comercial company called getMapping, their maps may be more up to date.

In theory yes, but you will need to use high octane fuel all the time. I'd be surprised if the boost hasn't been raised already, given that there's a BlitZ ECU in there.

If you're junking it then I think there are about four rivets which can be drilled out. Then it will come out easily in three pieces.

Should be 112mph for an unmodified Jap car and 155mph for a UK model.

Possibly, but doubt it would make much difference. Going slower is generally the best way of getting better fuel consumption, wind resistance is your real enemy.
