Who did you email ? I just fixed it anyway. It's a common database synchronisation problem and only happens after re-subscription.
  2. 20% is just an example, if you get the right place to do the work they'll have a flow bench and be able to tell you the actual difference before and after.
  3. Yes it is. I know someone who's done it.
  4. OK, that's a good point, I'd not thought about it in that way. My view was simply that the basic flow being less smooth on a TT will make less difference as the gas is under pressure and 'bursts' though as soon as the valves are opened. Whereas an NA will have a harder job of drawing the air through if the passage if more obstructive.
  5. I'd say it's expensive for the small gain you'll achieve. An NA would normally see a better gain than a TT, for obvious reasons.
  6. Possibly, but never seen it cause that type of symptom.
  7. Normal, no. Common, yes. Fixed anyhow.
  8. It's about £1500 to do Prince II, takes 4 or 5 days I think.
  9. I know a couple of people who've done Prince II. Like any qualification it doesn't really prove much except that you've bummed through a test in some way, experience is more important. However, sometimes a qualification is what it takes to get an interview and ultimately a contract/job. ITIL looks unbelievably boring to me, but OK if you want to spend your life documenting business processes I suppose ...
  10. Yes, bubbles is good - means the a/c has gas and is functioning. No bubbles (like mine) is bad .... :(
  11. Think so, check with Steve-300zx.
  12. Should be ok now

Club & subscription details here :- http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=41 I do look far more favourably on subscribed rather than unsubscribed name changes. However, if it saves me updating the accounts records later then tell me now !
  14. Keep an eye out for my fence panels, they could be in the same place !

Mods can't do it, but I'm listening ....
  16. No, they really are that dodgy.
  17. Nope, working PTU equals working sparks, although there can be intermittent problems, usually when hot. You really need a Consult run on it.
  18. If all have sparks then you need to think about injector connections, all the way back to the big blue plug on the ECU.
  19. Benefit is not as pronounced with a turbo engine as an NA, small percentage increase really, fairly high cost, but once you get further up towards the high end of tuning then you would probably want to get it done.
  20. I could do that, but fitting yourself is only practical if you are an expert at soldering.
  21. Make sure Plenum off is the very last thing you do. I did that and it turned out not to be the problem !
  22. You do get a notification, but if your email addy is out of date, or it's trapped by a spam filter then you won't get it.
