uhhhhhhhh hoooooooo be prepared to chuck about 1,000 a month to it if its a daily driver. :-( insurance, running costs, fixing things. you got it all to come month by month, not an easy car to live with mate, just giving you the truthful other side of the coin.

no dont give it the chance, as it starts i turn it off. and havent driven it since, i am hearing a squeeling from the front of the engine sometimes, may this be the water pump failiing?

the leak was caused from a pressure build up, when i open the rad cap i hear the pressure at the back of the engine decrease, would this mean the theromostat or water pump have failed and caused this huge pressure to mount up... had the matrix replaced at z world not long ago so its not that. BUMP

are they the same size?? or universal, just noticed a set i need are from a LWB.

weirdly i think either my theromostat or water pump may be the cause, as the temp gauge sits at 0 then within 1 sec or 2 rapidly goes to the middle..... and from the water pump i can hear occasional squeeling..... any insight into this???? may the stat/ pump cause too much pressure causing the water leak at the back.

ive met big bob in person, nice bloke. i hope were still ' friends' but yeah his car is top standard, a young lad like me can only aspire to in terms of 300zx royalty :-) thanks though Daffy, at least your on my side. a bit.....

ouch mr B. this is all supposed to be light fun, don't go taking what i say personally. i'm just having a laugh. As for my car though........ had it on drift events over 10 times this year, and has done well, so hoping to continue the success on drag. I just enjoy using it, and making improvements. yes i'm miles off you in terms of power/ lightness. but hey, at least i'm out there using it. rather than having it as a sunday driver ( not a dig)

both heater matrix and turbo water hoses are fine,, any other water pipes back there??

now which pipes are back there that need checking as with the engine on, i get a water leak from in the middle at the back, but its not the heater matrix hoses?? do the turbos have a water feed?? may be a stupid question but i had to ask...

yea, hit me up mate im up for all car events, not sure on the drift tho as id have to bring spare wheels and its a massive treck with them in the boot of a SWB :-( ( prefer local events) but PM me closer to the time. or make a post just to let me know if your going/not.
