Its only a piston that pushes a rubber bung against an hole to seal it off through the pressure from a spring. When a pressure is released it dumps the pressure to atmosphere by pulling (compressing) the spring. Should free up m8 give it a go. but I have to ask what does HTH stand for (been meaning to sk for a while :wack: )

19s are possible but will go bald rapidly on one side f the suspention is not set up to suit, I think adjustable front camber arms are needed , do a search on these you should find plenty. :)
