  1. I put one in mine years ago, went through my slave cylinder and master cylinder seals, once replaced and all was fine. Although then I got rid of clutch lol.
  2. Many happy returns :D
  3. It is heartbreaking when you look at shocks and anti roll bars that you got new, and after a few years looks like ships anchor.
  4. That was granny driving, to be honest the car had been neglected and the engine out was always on the cards, but it ran and I needed to get places. I was too lazy to sort it but now I can't afford not to lol
  5. I was getting 4 recently thats why its now off the road with the engine out. lol
  6. I would have matey but I still have some months contracted to Virgin, I had sky top package for about 12 years then last year changed and regretted ever since :(
  7. Exhaust, nice stereo.......... Keep to your £300 budget matey, probally more than a few on here know what I mean lol
  8. Excellent mate, I'm jealous as I would'nt mind doing that :D
  9. Congrats on the new zed bud, nice
  10. Its you bud, I could'nt be a mechanic and bend over cars all day the bottom of my back kills. Your body might get used to it over time but no thanks lol. I prefere to lie on the floor under the car, I find that quite relaxing :D I have got a old milk crate that I stand on and kind of kneel over the car, if that makes any sense
  11. Excellent work bud, nearly there now :D, it will be a show stopper! Think your boss is an arse for the booth hire after 10 years service
  12. Happy Birthday Billy mate :)
  13. Same happened to me last year, hole in sill the size of a 50 pence, crack in other sill, bubbling rear arches and a rear tyre under limit. I broke it and bought another but this time an import. when I was breaking it up to put on the next car the stuff I found...............spare wheel sat in water and rust, under carpet at rear full of water.......... Nothing lasts forever matey, don't mean to put a downer on things just telling my experance. Good luck with whatever you decide.
  14. Happy Birthday Pete :D
  15. Happy birthday matey.
  16. There was a link to a how to only the other week. Sorry on phone at moment so can't help much. A few autobox searches should see you straight. It says 8.7 liters as it's a full fill from empty. When draining you don't get the fluid out if the torque converter so only about 3-4 liters ate drained out of the box sump
  17. I got a standard one from a Jap Auto? £30 delivered, a tenners worth of postage there mate, it will be waiting if nothing special turns up for you I have no plans for it.
  18. Happy birthday matey
  19. As above, did it last week, manual is a lot easier and you don't get covered in auto juice. lol those pipes to the front rad did my head in
  20. Happy Birthday bud :D
  21. And for phone browsers................
  22. The fluid is in the torque converter and cannot be drained out via sump plug. Its recommended that another change is done in a few hundred miles as then the old fluid that was in the torque converter would then be mixed in the system.
  23. All the Best Graham :D
