  1. Hello Raz, Yeah, that'll be the bushes and it's really easy to change them, just a bit time consuming cos you have to start removing trim. Here's a write up - http://www.ttzd.com/tech/bushingstech.html Vijay
  2. Hello Rich, I personally think it's a good idea if you can buy one that a member is selling. You can do a search and see what problems they've had with the car and I assume you'd have a better chance of not getting stiched up. Good luck. Vijay
  3. Hello Don, Have you had a look at the online manual? Vijay
  4. that's what a friend in the states did. He said you have to be very careful with the Dremel cos you'll get flat spots. He used a palm sander for most of it. Once you've flattened it then polish it with a polishing mop. I say some pictures of the water pipes he did and it looked quite good. Vijay
  5. Hey Rob, If it doesn't sort your problem out, I've got someone who'll have it off you, so no money lost ;) Vijay

  9. Hello Chris, You can remove bolts on the top side of the engine, then use longer bolts, put them through the chain and then tighten the bolts back up. Remember to do it diaganally - have a look here - http://www.ttzd.com/tech/enginetech.html (photo 1 & 2). Vijay

  17. Mark, What I would say is Smithy is a decent bloke so I'm sure he wouldn't just wash his hands with this. Did you get the hybrid turbos? My mechanic just finished fitting them on another forum members car, they looked like a nice bit of kit. I can understand how frustrated you must feel but just try and be patient and see what Option says, then go from there. Keep us updated and try not to get too wound up;) Can I ask what you had done for 4 grand? Vijay
