Can anyone confirm if there is any difference between UK and Jap rear shocks apart from the stiffness actuators on the top. My mate has a UK car and is thinking of putting Jap shocks on it because of price. Thanks Vijay

IIRC, code 34 means the det sensor circuit is faulty, meaning it can't read detonation so it puts your car in safety boost incase. It doesn't mean your car is detonating. Vijay

Yep, same happened on mine. You can buy a piston seal kit (about £50 from Nissan), it's not a difficult job to change it. Vijay
