What do you do for a living?
In the British Army as an air door gunner on the Lynx helicopter. Get to fly around Europe every day as I am based in Germany. When fighting bad guys we bolt a machine gun to the side of it and give them the good news, full metal jacket style. Pretty good job I reckon as I'm in Morocco at the moment on exercise doing the good thing and did Kenya earlier in the year. On the flip side tho off to nasty places in January.

Brembo Brakes
Still waiting for the brackets mate, will let you know how I get on

Brembo Brakes
No idea mate, would think so as the 350z runs 18's I think, as said before its clearing the spokes thats the issue, small wheelspacers might be an option. Get the brakes off that white import where you work and have a trial fit LOL

Brembo Brakes
Hi mate, Looked at the Range Rover items and decided they were to big to fit sensible wheels. I'm running 18's and it they wouldnt fit. I went for 350Z discs, the brembo caliper cars have 324mm discs and they fill my wheels nicely and i've got Maserati branded brembo's to go on. Dont forget about the custom brackets, this was the bit that caught me out and I've had to have a set made from scratch. A popular upgrade seems to be skyline or evo brembo's Hope that helps a little, Rob

Oil Leak
I didnt mate, was before my time but I have the receipt. They were refurbed standard items. How much of a pain in the crack is it to take the plenum off? I'm in Germany and Jeff aint really an easy option. All I have is Nissan down the road and DTA in Holland

Oil Leak
Cheers for that Al, Will have a look at the rocker cover, I'm assuming its a plenum off job is it that?????? Forgot to say earlier the turbos were replaced 20,000 miles ago

Oil Leak
Just from the exhaust from what I can tell, cant see anything dripping down from the rocker cover as there is to much stuff in the way. Have put a new oil filter and oil in her so will start her again tomorrow hopefully if not Monday.

Oil Leak
Hi there everyone, Potentially bad news concerning the short term future of my ZX. Started the car the other day to keep it ticking over (she's been having work done on her and been off the road since May) I noticed an oil leak and smoke coming out the back. Got the car on jacks today and had a look, the oil seems to be coming from the RHS turbo, I think the back of the housing, a mate thinks it might be the rear bearing seal. I cant see if the oil is coming from the head and dripping down or anywhere else for that matter. Will upload a couple of photos later when the other half gets back with my camera cable. :headvswal Any help with this would be great, either poss cause and ways to fix it. She is really running the risk of getting pushed into the sea :rofl: Rob :bow:

Paris... anyone?
Number 2 for me without a doubt. Number 1 is a bit skinny for me and 3 is a right misery. However I dont think I would kick any of them out of bed for dropping crumbs ;)
