What wheels?
Hi guys/girls, Got about 650 quid to spend on some rims but not sure what to go for. Seen a few sets on E-Bay from a seller called DP-Motorsport. I want 18" minimum and ideally want a deep dish design but I'm open to suggestions. Any ideas would be greatly received. Many thanks, Rob

Maserati Brakes
Leave them as is for now, the faces look ok but will decide for sure when I get them. Need to get them on the car as its been off the road now for about a month because of brakes. :headvswal:headvswal I like the Maserati sticker so reluctant to re-paint unless I can get new ones. Doing the ring at the end of June so that is my priority.

Maserati Brakes
Hi there all, After my bit of bad luck last week with e-bay and some Evo calipers I went on a bit of a search. Well today I bought a complete pair of Maserati 4200 Brembo calipers. Going to get the metal benders at work to make some brackets up and should hopefully be on the car by the end of the 1st week in June. Will keep you posted on progress. Regards, Rob :nana2::nana2::duffer::duffer::duffer::nana2::nana2:

Hi there all, Bought some Evo8 calipers off flea-bay. Seen some of you guys have fitted these already, do you have any pics or diagrams of the mounting brackets I will need to get made? Have a metal bender at work gonna try and get to make them for payment in beer.:dance: Want to get these made asap so its all ready to go on the car when the calipers arrive. Many thanks as usual :bow:

Damn Brakes
Have decided to sling the standard front calipers in the bin now, looking at various Brembo's with custom mounts. With the lines tho really need a solution, replacing them as they had started to perish and rear left was leaking. Cheers, Rob

Damn Brakes
Hi there everyone, Had a bit of a nightmare week this week. Got a couple of problems that I'm hoping you can help me with. 1. Front left brake caliper pistons has seized, 3 of the 4 totally stuck solid. 2. Rear brake lines will not part from the hard metal lines. The join is totally rusted solid. Have goodridge lines to replace them with. I have tried all the obvious solutions to both problems but all to no avail so its now time to get serious. I am open to any solutions including upgraded calipers but nothing too stupid in price please. The car is my daily driver and being off the road out here is a total disaster. Many thanks, Rob

Rad Pipes
Hi there Ladies and Gents, Seen a few cars on here with polished pipes than come out the front of the block and into the radiator. (At least 1 of them goes there anyway LOL) Any idea where I can get a set of the polished bad boys as it will match up with the rest of my pipes. Many thanks as usual, Rob :bow::bow::bow:

Damn Car!!!!!! what on earth is up with it >.<
My temp guage never gets up above 8 o' clock either mate, however they are renown for being sh1te. Mine has done it at about 30mph before, I'm led to believe it will do it at any speed but only when you are asking for more power, like to overtake. The powerloss is like hitting a wall. Would try the thermostat route mate, cost of this is a lot less than an engine out job. Speak to Zedworld for getting the bits. They trade on here. Regards, Rob

Another Sunny day thread !!!!!!!!!
No worries about the hi-jack. Its served a purpose after all :rofl: My tyres are directional so I aint gonna bother changing them round for now. Using it a reason to justify buying new wheels :rofl:

Damn Car!!!!!! what on earth is up with it >.<
Hi Damien, I've had a similar problem recently. Drives ok during normal driving but as soon as you slam the right foot down to overtake a massive power loss kicks in, bit like you hit a limiter. Have a look at your engine temperature, if the engine is running to cold then it automatically goes into a sort of safety boost, this is what i'm led to believe anyway. I was recommended to change the thermostat and that should sort it. I'm doing the job this week so will keep you updated. Might be worth having a look at as your problem sounds the same as mine. Hope that helps, Rob
