I have been to every JAE since 2008 but I will not be going this year. I remember taking the whole family and all the camping gear in the Zed to Mersea Island. We camped then even though I don't really enjoy it, so I was really pleased when to moved to Wicksteed Park which is only a few miles from me so I didn't have to camp. The last few years there has seen a marked drop in the number of people attending in general. The move to Newark meant I only went for the day and I was completely underwhelmed with the event. That said I enjoyed meeting everyone on our stand, chatting and helping Mondo with his tent in the pouring rain ! The food was also great. Why am I not going ? For me there was nothing of interest off our stand and the price increase was the final straw. I am certainly up for an Irish road trip though, that sounds like a great idea.

Si That look fantastic. Please don't cut out anything for a Z badge as my existing wheel is an aftermarket one. If I had thought about it I would have ha you stitch a Z in the centre, but hindsight is great. As I said on the emails, I was in no rush although now you say its on its way, I cannot wait!

Just driven past our local ASDA and their unleaded was t 99.7p per litre, just need the other garages to reduce the premium unleaded...

Thanks guys, had a great day. Took the Zed to work as a treat (100 mile round trip) daughters bought me a driving experience and my friends a Skyline R34 experience. Really lucky man indeed !

From memory, the fogs run off pins 17 and 18 on the connector block behind the switch

I tried to order my ticket yesterday only to find the links not working any more as well. Extra £10 to buy on the gate to add to the weekend ticket to get on the stand as I was only able to make the Saturday.
