Just driven past our local ASDA and their unleaded was t 99.7p per litre, just need the other garages to reduce the premium unleaded...

Hey that`s good news for you UK guys, still makes no sense to me why fuel tax is so expensive in the UK, here in Portugal supermarket Petrol is 84 pence a litre and Diesel 72 pence a litre !! and if you buy using a debit card from the same bank as the fuel station ( shown on the sign outside ) you get a further 2 % discount!! I can fill the wife`s diesel Audi Q5 for 68€ that works out to £49 !!! then less 2 % card discount!!

If you was filling your Z up here with a few litres left in the tank it would be around £66 ! UK fuel tax is bad

I saw Morrison's in High Wycombe selling unleaded this morning at £0.99 - with diesel at £1.02 per litre.... I didn't fill up there, but with Morrison's competing with Asda, it does mean that the nearby Shell and BP stations in the area will be cheap as well.

Not quite the same prices as Jeff is enjoying though; but still, it's a step in the right direction...

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:
