Went thtough all this a couple of months ago with regard to my Wifes TRD Celica (red one in my sig pic) It was a catogory D write of due to the fact that the TRD Spec engine was £950 + shipping and Taxes on a car valued at £13,500 to £15,500. We both really loved that car it was awesome so we looked at various means of repairing it and what the insurance consequences would be. We were told that in order to get the cat D write off removed from the car it would have to be repaired to original manufacturers spec and have a Vosa approved engineers report. This ment that we couldn't drop a VVTLi 190 or a Mspec engine in. So we looked at having the original rebuilt, but the block is Alloy and the bores have no liner only a special treatment. So no could do. Found out only 500 spec ever made and couldn't get a second hand engine so had to let it go.

Yep Noletech Do PU engine mounts. I have them so does Mac 1, Lymon, Nend and a few others. They retail at about £89 for the pair. however there are issues with them deforming with heat saturation from the turbos and to avoid this they must be heat sheilded.
