Loose/Wobbly Gearstick?
I'll agree also. If you don't have a short shifter this is a good time to get one as you have to remove the stick to fit bushes. A half decent short shifter of flee bay will come with bushes. The short shifters are really nice for quick changes.

Just buying an A4 TDi
I tryed the flee bay chip and it just made the bottom end torque vertually disappear so it felt like you were getting more when it returned furthet up the rev scale. My feul consumption went up as well. The I got Diesel Tuner in Chester to do a proper ECU chip and more power, more torque right through rev range and more MPG. My mate has the Passat with the same 110ps engine as the Audi and the difference to his car is really impressive. I'm sure Diesel Tuner is a franchise and therefore there should be one near you.

Nearly wiped myself out last night.
Yep there is a strange bit mark in the seat and it wasn't my teeth that did it. I've made a mental note. Road works are not stationary and if they're there in the morning, by tea time they maybe closer, but the numpties working them will not think to move the road works adead signs further up the road.

Nearly wiped myself out last night.
There has been some road works on my way to work just as you come into a 40 mph area near the Village of Machwiel. Anyway on my way home i come bowelling through the twistys at about 80mph (on my private stretch of road) and round the corner only to discover that the roadworks have moved to about 80m from the bend as opposed to 500m. No sign warning roadworks iminent. Just a line of stationary traffic fortunately for me there was nothing coming the otherway due to the roadworks time delayed traffic lights. I managed th come to a sceaching holt about 4 cars down from the end. It took an hour to sloose my underware out.

Can you drift your zed well
Only ever really done it if its quiet and to freek my pasenger out or shut the wife up. When it was an auto though it used to drift every time it rained wether I wanted to or not. My pickup truck is a ten times better drifting machine than the Zed and the tyres are much harder so last longer and cost less.

How filthy are you in the sack?
Had a fivesome three of which were girls, but the foursome was a regular routine when i was an art student in the decedant 70's and early 80's After too many years marriage I'm like a liberal German looking for a rubber and champain party. If its Female of human origin and preferably with a pulse and stood too close I'm liable to pop my cork.

whats your top 5 non 300zx japanese car?
I've read a lot of reviews on the NSX were they say it is user friendly enough for even granny to go to the shops in. This is proberbly true being a Honda (though certainly not true of the S2000), the only one i drove belonged to the guy i bought my Zed from. It had the full Mugen spec kit ie engine suspension upgrade. that was a real bruser

The Biggest Ever UK Zed Meet.
Ferrybridge is somewhere between Birmingham and the North. The guys from Glasgow and Edinburgh ( who are relative low landers) still have further than you to come south for this meet. Cheltenham isn't much further than North Wales to Ferrrybridge. Whats up don't you think your car would be able to make the journey. If you got shut of the scafolding on the back of the car you'd get an extra 10 mpg   I'll be there

This is so Frustrating!!!!
For a long time that is what I was lead to believe. Mainly info from here this forum. However according to Butch at Courtesy and Bobby at Z1 that was only the case of them being the general models, but TT was available as 2+2 or Slick Top to order.

Fastest car he has ever been in
I've had a stiff one for ages and it certainly handles better than the standard car by miles, but some of the little Honda's, The Mrs TRD, Lotus Elise and Nobles to mention the ones I've driven really handle and you'll never get a Zed to drive like that. Its a different beast alltogether.

This is so Frustrating!!!!
Nend on this forum is based just outside Hamsterdam and imports Late model Zeds into Holland from the states. He has a really nice 1996 black SWB Zed with a Jun stroker engine at the moment, but He'll wan't more than £5000

Fastest car he has ever been in
I like Zeds (obviously) but they are more of a GT car rather than a sports car and though you can get them to handle OK they are never really going the be fantastic handling. They are just too heavy, but thats the fun. You really have to husle and man handle it to kick butt on the twistys.

This is so Frustrating!!!!
If you live in Spain why do you want to buy a Jap import as they are right hand drive not left. Surely it would be far better to buy a car from the USA where over 90% of all ZX production went. You'd have a far wider choice of cars, wider choice of models as some models where made for the US only and you wouldn't be sitting on the wrong side of the car whilst driving in Spain.

Nice Zed on Ebay
The intercooler piping in the enginebay floats my boat, but the rest of the car just aint happening for me.
