  1. Heart Wrenching stuff. Make you realize how luck we are.
  2. Not at all Ian. I had the new long wheel base Patrol S.E. Touring 2.8 TDI It weighed in at almost 2.8 tons and I used to redline it every gear change. It didn't matter wether I was driving round town, A roads or kaning it down the Payarge at 110mph. It did between 28 and 32 mpg. You can sellect rear wheel drive as well with the Maveric so I bet its not as bad as you think.
  3. The only GT4 I had a go in Seemed a well put together, good handling and very quick car. However A good Z is an extremely fast motor
  4. Yep I feel better now. That nail really hurtYeah I never thought of that. OK I'm convinced. Should have knock the nail in my head because its made ogf wood most of the time. :smash:
  5. I've just spent ages filling in my new Garage Rides thing, putting all my mods in etc and the just thought, Why? Will anyone read it. Also some of the pics I had in my old rides I don't have anywhere else. How do I get em back.
  6. Erm how about this front end and this rear end. Well thats brill because thats exactly what I've got allready
  7. Sweet mother of god  . Just think, her ears will be by her armpits in a couple of weeks and she'll smile just above her belly button :hurl:
  8. A few ford and chevy conversions state side, but thats not tangable over here so we're interested in seeing, hearing and experiencing the results John boy. Hey when you've got your V8 in, are you going to paint your car Orange and have kernel Boggie air horns :nana2: :slap:
  9. Yup peee :hyper: :nana2: :D
  10. Nar thats just foil to keep em clean. Nice arse you got the Vinz. I really like what you've had done to the rear bumper
  11. HOI!! if its a North wales thingy then what about me  I'm up for it :nana2: :hurl:
  12. :( silly boy :slap:
  13. Then again when you go to the Zclub meets, there are Z31's and then there are Z31's, but there are always more Z240's than any of the other marq's bar the Z32. Thats because they both have iconic looks and I bet you in ten years time the Z32 will be sort after again. + I'll still be wheeling mine out to the jaw dropping amazment of joe public. I love my Z. Then again sometimes I hate her
  14. I nearly bought this when it was for sale on this sight first time round, but some dick had parked a stollen car on my Z. So I was comitted to fixing my own. However I can tell you its more impressive in the flesh and defo the best retrim I've seen in any Z ever. Oh yes if this car has stood for all this time the rubbers and plactics will have become brittle and you would be looking at changing them all or they'll fail just where and when you need them not to the most. Guaranteed under the law of SOD.
  15. Wanted one ever since I saw one in late 89/90. Family practicalities stopped me having one then so 10 years later i bought one. I bought it because they still look fab, with pure and simplisticly elegant lines and look more of a thoroughbread than anyother sub £50k performance car. If you add that to brutish power delivery, with a chasis that delivers and rewards the brave with as much adrenaline as you can take. Unlike the Skyline which is too poised to scare properly and doesn't need mastering. Also it hasn't attracted a boy ricer status like Skylines and Supras. Maybe thats why Z owners seem a nicer more down to earth crowd than other sportscar clubs.
  16. Sh1t man. i'm sorry you sold the Z at all, but for that price you wouldn't you have been better to keep it and get the Piedinner as well. I'm sorry mate but the Piedinners just don't float my boat at all you could have gone for a Moniera or what ever there called. A 2yr old 386bhp (standard) AWD model import just under 18K and that V8 lump can be tuned to 800+ bhp at a fraction of the cost of tunning a Piedinner. Thats my next family car
  17. Ya telling me. Have you read all that babbling boll*cks he's got as a sig. Time to pass out the Marshon Hallucinogenic pencils boy. I'll have the purple one :D
  18. Be aware that you may have duty to pay on these which could up the price some what. On the up side though they are a piece of pi55 to fit. about a trillion times easier than the HKS Bovs and Chris's 4mm wind out stops it stalling. Nice bit of kit.
  19. Still having that relationship with Pam and her 4 sisters :D I know you use the old laying on your arm till its dead first trick, but you don't get the proper sound track.
  20. Well your entittled to your opinion, but I think this Album is the best they've done for a while and that they are a class act.
  21. Hi mate I'll keep my fingers crossed for ya and hope she is not too user unfriendly. Good news though You must be please?
  22. Sweet Mary mother of God!! I've will have had mine 6 years in April. I've never had a car as long in my life. Mind you I've only had it not in a garage for 2 weeks during the 18 months. + I've spent a shed load on her and have plans to remod her looks again. This is some kind of sickness you know :smash:
  23. Leigh I just got to say she's looking the dogs bollairicks. A real peach. I'm going to have to deswage mine and smooth up the side skirts now.
  24. Looks a real grin machine :D :wack: :D
