Sh1t man you realy bit the bullett :bow: Its Wide arch (either my own or the Evolution explosion or Kaze) deswaging and and a nice set of Evox LM4 before billing for me . Then once the interior is finished thats me for ever on this car except for maintenance and repairs.

I think we're talking Plenum here and I've been waiting weeks for duffers to finish mine. My disc brakes are going rusty.

When you say Lukes Tail skin are you talking about replacing the whole glass etc on the back. If you are then I can assure you luke tail end is nothing like the Strosek, because the Stroseck replaces the complete rear hatch.+ What becomes the boot lid of the Strosek goes stait through leaving a gap under the tail skin spoiler where lukes is a solid lump there is no gap under the tail skin and it just becomes awater collecter. Lukes wide arches are a lot cheeper than the Strosek and are more dramatic, not as suttle. So its up to you which you proffer. Also to bear in mind though is the strosek will fit stait on and need very little prepping. Lukes will take more prepping so cost more at the body shop. There are several other wide arch kits to look at Like "Evolusion Explosion" (my favorite) "Kaze Aerocraft" and a few by "ab_flug" All these I've mentioned are from Japan and the quality of them is superb and fit stait on and ready to paint + they are all cheeper than the strosek and not as old fashioned or Porsche looking.

OK if Black or Red are so common eerm I mean good. Can you tell me why I've not heard of one single person on this board who has changed the colour of his car, having it painted Red or Black. Yet I can think of colour changes from Red to Yellow, Black to Blue X2, Red to Silver, Grey to any colour but Grey, Red to Blue. Red to white, Red to Green, Black to Silver. Has any body on this site had a none Black, Red or Grey car that has changed to Black or Red. It seem to me that if Red or Black was so good it would speak for its self and we could have an end to these boaring Red/Black is best Threads

No I jest you not and there is no mention of it in the hand book. Even my local unfriendly Nissan dealer didn't know about it. I'm not sure if its just on none Jspec or all. Someone on hear will clarify, but as god is my witness I tell the truth.

Sorry Simon having read that I'm even more confused than I was before. So are you telling me that the offset will change with the different width of wheel. Also talking standard wheels is of no use to me because as you can see from my sig pic unless the offsets remain the same as I haven't had standard wheels for a long time because they won't fit over my big brakes. However I want to go to a 19 X 8.5 front and a 19 X 11 rear with as deep a dish as poss. Help :confused:

Does anyone know how to calculate the offsets etc for the Z as iI'm thinking of getting a nice set of EVOX split rims direct from Germany.

i had my Z four and a half years before I new that pulling the hand brake up one click set your rear suspension into sports mode. Couldn't beleive the difference. Could get round some corners with all 4 wheels on the gound. :headvswal

It really shouldn't have any baring on the speed and proccess of your claim if you are fully comp. Unless there is a clause in your policy that says, "should the other party or parties be in a coma you'll just have to wait until we're ready". The point of fully comprehensive is so that you are covered wether you are at fault or not. So providing that all on your car is declared and proper then they have a contractual obligation to pay out for repare or replacement. They have no ground for holding up the procces. A letter to the Managing director of your insurance company will get you payed out and the amout you want within a week. I know from experience. I promise you its true. Just write and tell him how p1ssed off you are and how you'll never recomend them to an other living sole + you'll go to the papers etc. Next day his secratary will be on the phone to agree terms. Works every time. I bet you didn't take out replacement car insurance on your policy. If you had then they would have to pay out every week for a similar group car on hire and that cost them. People who take out replacement car cover get an amicable settlement on averange within two weeks. People without can wait up to 6 months in some cases. These facts are also to be found in which magazine. Good luck and get stuck in there + don't take any shit. It's you car thats wrecked and they were more than happy to take your money and promise they'll repare or replace in just such an even't. So you let em know that time is now.
