I've just watch both vids again and 0 to 60 are about the same as you'd expect and 70 to your indicated 130 is actually about a second and a half quicker to on first vid which it should be. Slower second vid because you punched the O/D on. Thats spot on. + it sounds right as well. :confused: :confused: Your getting the my car isn't as fast as it was Paranoya. ??? I take it back then you need your box looking at. My old Auto was much pacier to 130 with O/D off and would only spin wheels from standstill when O/D off. That was just slack in the prop, trany and diff as the car disengaged and reengaged drive and fed back to you by proberbly aging bushes, ball joints and Hicas, it quite normal as the cars are getting on a bit. Wheel spin produces a much bigger and dramatic rev spike. I'm sorry but when it comes to the techno gubbings as to whats happening in your box you need to speek to a auto box expert. If I was to hazard a guess I'd say its a Torque convertet issue from past experience. That isn't right though yout 0 to 60 is spot on :confused: :confused: sure you arn't confusing the rev hold with O/D

What's Wrong with it? :confused: You switch your overdrive on and effectively you have just changed up a gear. Therefore you fell out of the powerband where the car delivers peek power. Thus you don't acclerate as quickly until your back in correct rev range. Thats exactly what the overdrive should do and is designed to make your car more fuel efficient durring normal driving. Unless you own your own oil company. Then who needs it. P.S. Loss of traction is when the wheels spin due to exccesive RWHP for the tyres to be able to apply traction to the surface you are trying drive on. That car seems to be working well enough and so too does your gearbox. the 0 to 60 was smack on the nose at about 5.2. I asssume its a Jspec. Get a oil cooler on it if it aint got one, because motorway and high speed driving fry the auto boxes.

Yep the wheel is an Advan Siena style Wheel made fore Yokohama tyres by believe it or not a German Company call Evox Wheels I toyed with Idea of doing a group by as I could get them for around £1000 a set for 18" and 19" with 8.5 front and 11 rears. Well it was going to be a check over and fettle as the engine has only done 38K, but unfortunately besides the Plenum being off in the work shop for the past year or so one of the plugs was out and it has got iron filings in the open valve area. So it a complete rebuild with forged pistons the whole shooting match. Better safe than sorry. It also appears that the demize of my previous engine is due to it being over honed. So that may well be sorted and up for sale shortley as I've got my old auto engine with a good block. So if the pistons on present engine are OK???? So Did I. Why do you fancy em? I'll be putting up for sale again soon. It better. If not I've got a good rope and a trusty Truss in the shippon Anyway how much are the VH45's. Could I get one + addapter plate, ECU, Harness and a 450BHP chip for less than £2500. Cos if I can then let me know today before Phil gets started on mine
