The first thing that strikes me every I see people talking about the Atkin diet they all talk about just eating meet and eggs and cheese. What a load off *****cks. The Atkins diet is mainly vegtables with fish, Meat and limited amounts of eggs or cheese for the first 2 weeks then you introduce Fruit for a week then you can introduce one cabohidrate source for a week and see how you weight is managed and so on until you can eat anthing you want ,but know how much of each carbohidrate source you body can tollerate before it starts storing it as fat. nothing unhealthy about it if you get the Book and do it properly. If however you do like most numb nuts do and live on bacon, eggs cheese and meet. Yep you'll loose weight because your body will start using protine to survive (which is all your now eating) and you'll fook up your kidneys, your bones and loads of other stuff. Do it right it is safe and you'll loose weight. You just got to be disaplined and use it as the start of a new way of monitoring what you eat. Me! I stuck for a month and lost a stone and a half and enjoyed it, but your partner has to be on board. So you have things like nuts and raisins in for snacks and loads of fruit and veg, fresh cream etc. If you come home and she's cooked Chips egg sausage and beans with nice white crusty bread for the kids or got a Indian Take away in, with Papadoms etc. Its easy to fall of the wagon and put that 1 1/2 stone back on.

Aerotek Specialist fasteners. They doo loads of kits for the bikes and tubs of asorted nuts and bolts in anodized coloured ally. got a load more coming to replace the rest of the nuts and bolts

The Red Cable ties are only there until my anodised P clips arrive. Then I got to get the rest of the car sorted properly

What is it you want to know and I'll tell you all I can. I wanted the GT28 Roller bearing turbos because of all the stuff i'd read about them in the states. Jim Wolf reconds they have vurtually no lag. Which I can confirm seems to be the case. Z1 and Jim Wolf + quite a few people on TT net reckon they are good for about 550 to 650BHP (I assume their talking Crank figures + depending upon what jets etc) which is more than I'll ever run the car at. I got them off Smithy believing them to be reworked GT28 cartriges. However when they arrived it was clear that they were brand spanking new Garret T28 roller bearing turbos. The Exhaust side is of the latest 5 stud pattern and will not match up to the manifold from the 200SX, Pulsar or any of the cars that us Garret T28's as standard. Then when you look ate the impellors They are of the dual cyclon design which they only brought out in late 2003 early 2004. (Turbo dynamics told me the last 2 pair that they did for Paul were of the newer design) Same as Steve Mochan's. I was well please and further investigation with Turbo Dynamic's told me that the induction Body is the GT28 "R" for roller bearing and the exhaust twin cyclon chamber is a Garret part 37 (because that part is compatable/fits with the Z and the GT28R) and designed for sports performance. hence GT2837RS. I could be a complete gulable fool, but thats what I've been told. PS They just pull and pull even when the engine was knacked. With no lag at all. Even John Dixon comented on it when he set my boost controller up.

Before I got the Pickup I always collected our Christmas tree in mine. We usually have a 8ft tree. Most if the time we just go to the local place near Chirk and the guy over guestimates so we have a foot or 2 to chop off. Pasenger seat reclined, Back seat folded down, Rug over the seats and a elasty tie through the boot eye and round the targa retaining rings. Tree hangs out about a foot or 2 depending on how much over size it is. Then keep speed below a ton so that the top still has pine needles on it when I get home. :rofl: :rofl:
