  10. Thoughts and prayers with you all.
  11. Yep ramps can be dodgy, i always use axle stands now, maybe lifting the rear 1st in future with the fronts chocked by the ramps, least then you can lock the wheels in gear and less likely to give enough roll unless the ramps are really high. I`ve actually done one side then the other in the past as was on slight incline. Always dodgy though no matter how it`s done.
  12. Just what i was going to add..use bricks blocks of wood anything, and do things very slowly and give yourself an escape path if possible. I`ve had mine roll back when lowering..once was enough.
  13. OOH just had a thought, maybe, like a badly tuned engine our bodys don`t run right without a tune up. So if the regualatory system is out of balance all sorts of stuff`s going to happen e.g cancer , cells growing out of control. It seems to much western medicine is about treating the symptoms not the cause. One thing to remember..there`s no profit in well people. Food for thought.
  14. Upon further research i`ve discovered that everybody, EVERYBODY! has an endocannibinoid system which is connected to all our major organs. The receptor sites for the molecules only accept cannibinoids, they are there for that purpose alone, which is why it can`t kill you, it`s already part of our system, we`ve evolved with it. It would seem that it plays an instrinsic role in the regualatory aspects of the body, as you said it`s anti pain, anti fungal, antibiotic etc. Thc is only 1 of 100s of cannibinoids which i would suspect why an oil based treatment made of entire plant material, would be of more benefit, synergy and all that. This is just the tip of the iceberg. If you like i can pm you links to the things i`ve found. No wonder big pharma wants it kept out of our hands..medicine you can grow at home! Green passion is a site for medical issues which is how i came across that lady. Personally i suffer with gilberts syndrome, where the waste byproduct of my red blood cells isn`t excreted through the liver as normal so gradually i get a toxic build up. My docs said it was untreatable, took their word for it until last year when i was having a really bad episode laid up in bed literally wishing it was all over, my partner did some research and came across a site for sufferers and happened upon info on a plant used by the chinese for thousands of years for my condition (provides the missing enzyme) and which western medicine has only JUST dicovered..well after a trip to the local herbalists..BINGO! So i don`t believe all i`m told anymore and now the eu is trying to ban herbal medicines..wonder whose behind that eh? I can only imagine what you go through everyday and my heart goes out to you.
  15. master rebuild kit is always an option. I bought a new master only for it to leak again in a couple of years. New seal kit and all`s good. pretty cheap too from mjp.
  16. Hi Friday re your condition, came across this the other day. May be of interest to you. Google shona banda, apparently she`s cured herself. All the best.
  17. I just replaced my discs and pads. standard discs from brakepartssuperstore.org and pads from local unipart place pads were 28 quidish and perform perfectly as do the discs which were only about 60quid for the pair! excellent service, super fast delivery and they do all the rebuild stuff for the calipers too. Only cheap cos it`s a drop shop not because bad quality items. Was most impressed.
