Rust Proofing
Yep i agree, the bilt hamber stuff is top notch. It`s not your everyday cavity wax. The hydrate 80 stuff for surface rust is great too.

Best plugs for a TT
If they`re only fouled why don`t you just soak them in carb cleaner?

Sick of my bloody neighbours
Man, i`m so lucky. After reading this i appreciate where i live even more. Got great neighbours..in fact my section of the street for about 5-8 houses on either side of the road are a mini community. Everyone helps each other out, looks after cats/houses/gardens/oldies/sickies yet no ones a pain, all respect each others privacy/quality of life etc. Really feel for you as been there before. Time to take up amatuer road digging i reckon Max.

I got some from opie oils. Great wipers, complete arse to fit. Had to mod them to get them on.

woodpecker in the dash???
Hi, idle is affected by a few things, you have the idle valve on the rear right of the plenum as you face it, the ecu which gets its values of the solenoids/valve etc. Air leaks/ingress hugely affect the idle and don`t forget tps. Does the clicking go away when the idle settles? Maybe somethings sticking. Is it manual or auto?

How can i stop my cat eating my house-plants?
Give her a little patch of cat nip. She`ll be too stoned to care about the rest.

Close neighbour of ours died xmas eve. Damn cancer got her as well. Sadly chemo seemed to be the nail in the coffin. Happened so fast too. Sorry for your loss.

nice 94 model on ebay
someone got a bargin..sold just shy of 2 grand

what should the oil pressue gauge read?
Not very accurate..bloody useless is more to the point lol. Usual culprit is the sender itself..most just put up with it as they`re about £80. If it`s high when cold, and low when warm it`s just doing its thing

Newbie needs help with clutch (floppy pedal) and rattle please!
Just bin it all and get the direct hose. I also got some speed bleeders,,makes bleeding a total doddle.

is it worth it
Christ on a bike! mine was never that bad..not sure you can get the panels to cover that large an area. Ask mjp on here. Also check out courtesy nissan in the states, they`re pretty good for just seeing what`s available panel wise. As for sill panels i used a guy from ebay called littlebird. I used a filler neck from an import ala Jeffs suggestion.

i had to share this
My other halfs reply...whatever! Bloody cheek. pfft

is it worth it
I`d do it. Mine went in the same places, even the filler neck was rotten. If it`s only your time what have you got to lose? You can actually buy the the bumper corners n weld them in. My corners rotted because the car had a leak from a light cluster that previous owners hadn`t spotted and water just sat in there, also, where it used to be parked turned into a corrosive mud bath come winter time. My offside sill rotted, again, because the seam sealant had been badly applied under the door believe or not, and right above the gap, was one of the drainage holes for the door. All sorted sealed and treated,no more rust. Highly recommend Bilt Hamber products to treat the metal.
