  1. DIS IS V. VUNNY!
  2. Every bolt hole, and especially the rubber ends, which you can only truly access by stripping it right down, incidentally this seems to be where the targa rust starts too as water gets trapped. erm.. also behind the end rubber adjustment screws.. for the last two mentioned use the butyl sealant ( sikalastomer-710) bolt holes use silicon.
  3. Yep..he`s developed a taste for worms and pooing on cars from a great height! R.I.P little sparrow
  4. it`s easy with the plenum off, it`s only held on by a couple of bolts, removing the pipework is the pain.
  5. Middle name doolittle by any chance! It`s a humbling experience when something like this happens isn`t it. Maybe it sensed your kind demeanour, lets hope it pulls through. If it passes on, you did more than most.
  6. Chin up bud, glad you`re not getting shot of it. As Leo said make sure you deal with a decent zeddist..nearest to you is D2 just over the bridge. Mine is fiiinally back on the road, so we can go be bad boys..innit!
  7. just unbolt the two 8mm bolts on the bracket, fiddly but simple.
  8. Cheers..was having a moment. She`s a good sport! :cool3:
  9. Yep they are generally rubbish! Good job there fella.
  10. You should see her plot of land down the coast..stunning!
  11. Think more the camera loves her, bloomin photogenic people..plus i was egging her on doing me Austin powers bit! Madagascan beach 15 metres from her parents back gate
  12. Have so many pics don`t know what to choose so here`s some more
  13. This is my stunning other half Tania. She`s the kindest, most generous person I know. Puts me to shame sometimes! She`s a language teacher, speaks 5 languages fluently (God knows how!) Born in England, raised in Madagascar. She loves to drive but hates the amount of time i spend on the zed, (but don`t mind being seen in it eh!) thinks i`m the devil incarnate, but then santa is an anagram of the old horned one so whaddya expect!? Ah ha ha ha! :devil2:
  14. yeah didn`t you say it had some weird and wonderful gold tipped plugs or something? I would get the propper longer shroud ngk ones from mjp.
  15. Would still get the filter sorted, bring it over and we can see if we can smooth out the idle, it`ll be things like idle valve, throttle posistion etc. Especially now it`s been chipped, plus it`ll be self learning at the mo and need a good drive. All can be checked and adjusted via computer and the software i have here.
  16. You`re welcome fella, enjoy your new boost! See you soon.
  17. congatulations
  18. don`t forget your ecu would have adjusted itself for the higher octane effects of v power and dropping a couple of points/warm day poss iffy fuel could affect the cars running
  19. Calm down dear it`s only..FINALLY GETTING SORTED¬..we hope. lol
  20. twas me! lol look in your p.ms my numbers in there! am about sat afternoon mate.
  21. Cheers Graham! Dre, if you take a look at the gif, you`ll see the bell housing at the top, look closely and you`ll see 2 rectangular`ish holes. The one you can access is the smaller/lower one, it should have a rubber dust boot protruding from it and within that rubber is the fork which goes down to the slave cylinder. You`ll need to get under the car and remove the rubber boot n shine a torch in there..follow the path of the fork and you`ll see an bump in the fork. Behind the bump is the pivot ball that`s where you need to grease.
  22. Short of the clutch plate itself which obviously needs the gearbox dropped everything else can be accessed, under dash is the pedal and springs, use just a light grease ; as pre mentioned, under the car pivot ball in housing and piston to fork on the slave . just grease it all! good luck
  23. I`m in chelmsford if you need some help
  24. sometimes the pivot ball in the bell housing needs a bit of grease, you can easily reach it through the fork hole with a brush or a grease pump
