  1. Back from me hols and I have just had a mate fit this spoiler on for me. Personally I love it apart from I lose a lot of rear view :( But then I may install a webcam as a rear view camera and link up to a little screen in the car.
  2. yep Im with them on a 2Mb connection - cant fault them
  3. GX all the way :)
  4. Elated and gutted. Got Engaged - put a ring on my fiance's finger - went out for a meal - drank 3 bottles of champagne :) Before knocking back the champagne - went out in the zed, kicked back end out (as you do) and caught the p[oxy kerb :( gutted wheel is still ok but kerbed pretty badly Hoping I can get it rubbed down, and cleaned u pso it dont look too bad
  5. yep - and afaik the infra-red is crippled to only work with a pc too - not another phone. look past that tho and its one hell of a phone. saves carrying me camera everywhere too :)
  6. mmm, pisses me off when its advertised as bluetooth then when you get it you find out its only bluetooth to a headset. Stops bluejacking I spose tho. I just got rid of my T610 - piece of crap.
  7. For all those thinking of getting a new phone or simply upgrading can I recommend the new sharp GX30 Mint bit of kit. Plays MP3s has a 1 Megapixel camera, Torch, etc Only downside I can find is infrared and blueetooth seem to be limited to a headset and pc only - so no phone to phone functions unless you send via mms or summit. Look at the attached photo - this was done on it!!!! Well chuffed
  8. dont think a vac leak as Mr JD replaced all vacuum pipes and we biined the EGR, AIV and PVPR or whatever its called. so still searching for that elusive answer.
  9. As far as I knew if you run more boost you are meant to run a colder plug. try here for more info http://www.extrememotorsports.com/plugfaq.htm Here's a typical NGK spark plug part number: BPR6EVX-11. A quick run down of the part numbers. Each letter or number has significance in the NGK part number, but the same letter may hold a different meaning depending on where it is placed. Here is a rundown of our part number: B Thread diameter = 14 mm P Construction = Projected Insulator Type (K) Construction = Hex size 5/8 in, projected tip R Construction = Resistor Type 6 Heat Rating Number = 2 Hot -> Cold E Thread Reach = 12.7 mm S Firing End Construction = Standard 2.6 mm diameter center electrode (VX) Firing End Construction = High performance platinum (K) Firing End Construction = 2 ground electrodes (N) Firing End Construction = Special side electrode (-11) Gap Width = 1.1 mm (0.044 in)
  10. nice one, I just painted out the Z logo and it looks even better, now just gotta decide to stick with my 2 scoops nose panel or fit std and debadge Think I may debadge
  11. Cheers JAmes, quite nice that one. unsure whether to wait and go for the west wings or just get a 99 spec I do like the look of that tho
  12. anyone got a red zed with a 99 spec front bumper on in their ride section so I can see a photo of what its gonna look like ? Cheers
  13. Alright mate, met you at ******** the other day, Whats your new spoiler like - happy? Im getting mine done at the bodyshop. Cheers
  14. Kevin, As far as Im aware the freeware only does allows you to view restricted engine monitors and a few mods such as Adjust base idle etc. It will not allow you to do solenoids, HICAS etc JD may be the best man to explain.
  15. Have you fitted the different belt mate?
  16. Its not a stock guage mate, aftermarket one was reading at 14.5 psi No Det When I went into manual boost and set it it went up to about 18psi and I got Det I just wanna get back to 14.5 psi.

Lol, all that gear and it aint even got a gearknob
  18. Cheers Lymon but thats an installation manual I already have, is there a user or other manual made for setting it up? Cheers
  19. After fitting a HKS EVC 3 (Thanks again John), Im wondering whether I can run a little more boost. Before I fitted my boost guage sat at 14-15psi with boost jets. The HKS EVC3 in LOW mode sets a max of 1 bar but this does not take my boost guage above 10psi. I appreciate my guage may not be calibrated if before It was running and showing 15psi then can I push my boost up into the HIGH on the EVC and try and get the same without any problems? Does anyone PLEASE have a instruction manual for this controller or can tell me what settings they are running? MAny many MANY thanks
  20. Hi, I posted a while ago coz I know some of you must be running DVs. Do you suffer with tickover dropping to 500ish after revving and letting go. The idle climbs back up but for about .5 to 1 second the tickover drops down. Im only trying to eliminate whether this is a DV characteristic. Thanks
  21. I got a spare AFM if you wanna try, It works fine 99.9% of the time - It was failing me once every 3 weeks or so but should prove a point. I have just got a splashguard for under my induction as I was having all sorts of probs with low rev probs too. Fitting the splashguard this weekend.
  22. I think Jonce's car is a very dark grey/blue. Where did you see it? How long b4 yours is back on the road mate?

they do, however you lose valuable metered air everytime you hear the woosh sound, Id stick with recircs, Im thinking of putting my Turbo XS back to recircing rather than dumping to atmosphere
