  16. gotta admit, me and the wife love Dr Who Shame about eccleston leaving - he does make a great Dr. Was never really a fan of the old Dr Who - watched a bit with Tom Baker, but this new Series is absolutely spot on.
  17. local motor factors has this stuff in 4 litres for £19. thing is its like water - really really really thin. Now I know oilman recommends a good 10/50 but would this be ok to use??? a little worried - I have fully synthetic Morris 10/50 in at moment but unable to get any quick and I need some really quick. I just dont wanna put this stuff in and damage engine?
  18. any idea on what they're for? one wire has been lost/broken so I need a new one of them . . . . just not sure what they do
  19. I just had my clutch replaced and noticed a wire trailing under the car near the middle/front of the gearbox area, I unplugged it from the smaller connector of these 2 - the other end is missing and has no plug attached so Im not sure where it goes. The larger of the 2 connectors has nothing plugged into it? Any ideas people? car seems to drive fine?

  23. Anyone got a photo or drawing/pic of how the dipstick tube on a TT is routed/located. My old one is shafted and I need to pull it out and route the new one - the old one hasnt took the proper route and is kinked so I cant just push the new tube in the same area . . . . Thanks
  24. nicely explained, thanks. I sort of got most of it. Without starting a whole heated debate that I dont fully understand . . . . . for a modified Zed running approx 400hp (chip, filter, exhaust and boost controller) for fast road use, would you recommend a 10/50 fully synthetic? or a 5/40 fully synthetic?
  25. not trying to steal thread, but mines just come back from having new clutch, pipework, master cylinder etc, and over last few days clutch bite point is getting higher and higher, now its started to slip under hard acceleration?? Is this down to bleeding or adjusting pedal, if bleeding, I guess im on for a headache coz I dont know where to bleed from?
