Slightly faster spool up of turbos, nicer exhaust note, Mines 1990 and it flies through the emissions no problem. Some say if your turbo seals are on their last legs then the drop in back pressure could pull oil through and make your car smokey, I didnt have this problem but I was only on about 50k when I de-catted it. Just cut them out and weld a piece of pipe in or buy decat pipes from GPS in the traders section. Dont just smash the guts out, this will just act as an expansion chamber and cause turbulance. Paul

Dont think anyone here has them yet, he's only just sorted them out. I spoke to luke at Billing about them. It is a different panel to the other one for the fiat lights. You can either use your stock center panel and have the 3 led lights on each side or buy the center panel which has an extra 2 lights in. In my opinion 4 lights per side it a bit too much, it would look better with just the 2 end panels painted black and use the stock centre bit. Paul

It will be the small bolt that comes up through the floor to hold the gearstick assemblly up in place. If its snapped you will just have to replace it. It might be a welded in bolt but I cant remember exactly in which case just drill out whats left and fit a new nut and bolt Paul

I went to court for 100.9 on my bike. I was going to speak for myself but I was told that I could have the duty solicitor free of charge. I told the solicitor my side of the story about some ar5e who would not pull over out of the fast lane and my mates were getting too far ahead and I didnt know the way home. I was then advised to keep my mouth shut and let him do all the talking or I will be banned. So I just stood there with my head dipped down while he did the "fine upstanding member of the community" bit about me and result :D 6 points and £150 ;) So my advice is to get the solicitor at the court to speak for you, it will still be a ban but hopefully just a small one good luck Paul

Yeah but remember when someone actually refused to take that s**t from customs and took it to court and customs were forced to hand back the cigarettes and compensate for the car. These people think they are the law but they are not. It just takes someone to dispute it and challenge it, exactly the same happened with radar detectors. The nazi's confiscated them for years claiming they were illegal untill someone took it to court and proved them wrong. If your ever down the seafront or wherever on a saturday night and you are warned about cruising just claim you are out for a drive with the missus or something and you are not part of any cruise just because your car has alloy wheels and a spoiler, remember it is for them to prove your guilt which they have no chance of doing. Remember be awkward and dispute everything..It can be so much fun :D Paul

I think if you make out the cheque to the finance company then there is nothing he could do with it as he wont be able to cash it or pay it into his account. But still go with caution. it will be fine if the guy is a honourable, generally fantastic long standing forum member just like me but over on the GTR forum instead of this one :D Paul
