radar detector..it worked:D
I told you in the first post :D snooper S5, Bob did a group buy a while back now. Jez he wasnt up on a ramp thing he was at road level, he might have been partly reversed off onto a gravel patch or something but the front of his car was overhanging onto the hard shoulder, I was too busy watching my speedo needle dropping to take a good look :D

radar detector..it worked:D
Was coming up the M1 today doing around 85 mph and my snooper S5 starts going haywire flashing LASER on the display. So I brake down to 70ish and look around then I come to a squad car on the hard shoulder pointing a speed gun at the passing cars. So as far as im concerned the detector has paid for itself in that one instance, cheers Bob :D Paul

Main Beam on all the time
Mine did this in the middle of an MOT test  It turned out to be a fuse. The fuse box is in the side panel beside the throttle pedal incase you dont know. Paul

555 fitting kit
you can do it by grinding some grooves in the plenum to get to the screws so you dont have to strip the lot off, see TT net.

What would you spend £100k on?
I for one would not be thinking of self self self. There are lots of charities that could really use that money although i would keep a few hundred back for a nice little holiday.

maccas bbq ,when is it happening
LOL the last time I pulled up in Macs street on the way back from Billing I was circled by 5 kids on BMX's who rode round and round me screaming questions, "How fast is it?", "Has it got NOS?" etc etc. I was trapped for 20 mins :D

Sad day drove it for the last time...
Plans are not really finalised yet but its gonna be wide arse and veilside side skirts as they are already ordered. Also going to change the colour probably to white so with the insurance running out I decided to take it off the road as there will be quite a bit of work with stripping interior to paint, doing cambelt etc. I bet you get to see mine finished before chrisC's LOL :D Paul

Freeloading
True. I think representatives and organisers from other clubs/sites such as Steve and Branners should be granted posting rights anyway, its not like they are freeloaders and we need communication between the clubs.

How Gay Are You???
rumour is the server crashed when he fed in his details. :D

How Gay Are You???
How can u be too straight .. Looks like more gay loving propaganda by Tony Blair and his arse munching chums. First- fill the TV screens, charts and newspapers with them Second- teach school children that its cool to be gay Third- let them marry and adopt kids I think he's gonna wait untill the whole nation is gay and put a tax on using public lavatories..:D

How Gay Are You???
No result from ChrisC yet then????? :D

Clutch ?
its next to the brake resovoir look a bit harder LOL Paul
-
Clutch ?
Top the fluid and bleed both points several times, Adjusting the pedal is a pain to get to you need a 14mm spanner and a pair of long nosed pliers, you can only get about 10 degrees of turn on the clutch adjuster at a time because of the restricted space but it doesnt take a lot to make a difference. Theres a tech article on TT net. Paul

Stock or modified.
"Random post after a few beers" Dont talk cr@p all your life, the only time you ever seem to post on here is to bring up some stock v modified argument, we have seen it all before several times from you, Is there a massive chip on your shoulder cos you have the pappest spec Z on here BWAHAHAHHA. It takes all sorts to make up the world, I for one like fast cars, partying and loud music where you on the other hand may prefer aaran sweaters, sandals and Sunday school outings. Its all part of lifes rich tappestry :D:D

Stock or Modified part2

Blitz SBC i-d + Power Meter i-d
If you turn your sbc-id down to the minimum it runs at around safety boost level, remember you must dissconnect your stock boost solenoids though.

Woman - wtf ??
you gotta look at the wife trader magazine :D click on the individual adverts on the cover for a close up look out for extra features like 'tinted glasses' or 'face professionally rebuilt 6 months ago' http://www.viz.co.uk/joyofsexism/wifetrader/wifetrader.html

Woman - wtf ??
Which bright spark decided that you should only have one at a time? in other cultures you can have several and choose according to your mood. Its getting a good allrounder thats difficult, you want a bit of the nice girl next door, good kitchen skills and a healthy dose of sluttishness all rolled into one but as usual you have to sacrifice one feature for another :D
