  1. Hi everyone i want to build a lean to with my brother, We have found something we would like to copy, We want it 12ft x 8ft cause there is a slab of concrete allready there from a previous lean to, We have no wood work skills so we're learning lol, except I built a stand for my 500 litre fish tank using stud work and ply and it's still holding and looks nice... At work have lots of 4x2 and tongue and groove stuff... And I have 6 sheets of around 4ft x 1.5ft safety glass. This is what I'd like to build but I don't want roof to slope both ways cause I want it to fix to house, The bits I'm worried about are: 1 how do I joint it to house so it Don't leak between the wall and wood, 2 will just tongue and groove seal the roof or will there be felt beneath it and how would I go about laying it in stages, Sorry to ask here but have no idea on roofing but the stud work and walls I'm not so scared of lol...and know most on here are a lot smarter then me...
  2. I have a corbeau chair....i think mine looks pretty good, everyone who comes round likes it...
  3. This is how clickmechanic do it, Shows the job i carried out, a star rating and a short review from customer...
  4. I work on cars every day, I also sub contract for a company called clickmechanic, i have done 114 jobs for them, i have 3 bad feedbacks and 111 good, its pretty obvious things can go wrong and may get one or two bad feedbacks but generally all mine are good... Im polite i do my best but some customers cant be pleased and some jobs i can get wrong (traffic makes me late etc) So if one trader has 5stars and carried out 100 or so jobs with a couple of bad feedback there likely good, but if a trader has 100 jobs and half them are bad his either got the wrong attitude or doing something wrong, I think its a great idea and if i was a trader on here id be happy cause i go out my way to please customers and know id have good feedback, because i have proved it to myself all ready, with clickmechanic, google, facebook...do the job right and explain whats happening and be polite, customers will be happy...
  5. They wont cause the leak is inside the system, mine would only make 12psi even with actuators open, one day i replaced dump valves with recircs and car hit around 20psi realised what was happening and re set boost controller. if you disconnect the hose that runs to actuator, leave actuator side open, and block engine side take it up the road slowly put your foot down if it builds over 9 you know its your restrictors/setup if not its a leak internally or something else wrong...
  6. have you got dump valves or leaking recircs, if you leave pipe that goes to actuator open and block engine side so no leaks it should boost to it goes bang lol...try it open up the road but very carefully cause it will boost very high if theres no problems, if it still boost to 9psi it could be a dump valve or recirc causing an internal leak, which is a problem i had, or has you say its leaking past your restriction...
  7. i think they look better blank, also keeps people wondering what car it is...
  8. i was bored so lots of pics lol...she may be gone tomorrow money is bad and someone looking at her for 2500...feel gutted amount of work and money gone into it. but hopefully i will get the chance to buy another.
  9. I'm sure the holes in the hubs have to be drilled out a bit, The 2 bolts that hold caliper on are a bigger size on 350z they go through hub into caliper, So you'd ideally want bolts with caliper... should be fairly easy to drill out on the car....

  13. It's not that bad, remove master cylinder, steering column, the work shop manual tells you what to remove and doesn't mention removing the engine...
  14. Kode performance in minster, or crash corrections in bluetown, Kode performance is owned by kwok behind st Georges school, he really good guy I do lots of work with him, Including 300zx, 200sx, I don't do the bodywork he does lol...
  15. If you find a breaker buy all the bits from that check donor car has abs, I have na rear on mine and it changed the car, feels much faster in any gear, actually made the car feel lighter probably due to gearing making it pull better, I've also found the car much more predictable especially accelerating out of corners fast the back kicks out but much more controlled, It's definitely worth doing and I'd never go back to hicas, The speedo I took glass off dials and then used sat nav and correct the needles by twisting them a bit its been fine since...
  16. I have a tt When mine failed I got one from partshop which turned up with the linkage, I needed mine desperate so I took the seals out and used them in mine...
  17. Pretty sure you can buy the na one from any car part shop, the na has a linkage attached that goes to the pedal the tt has a servo...
  18. Clearing codes is very simple, but MUST be done after you make any changes to see if you actually fixed anything. If you don’t clear the codes, they’ll hang around forever and show up every time you run codes. A common misconception is that disconnecting and reconnecting the battery will clear codes, but it won’t—this simply clears the ECU’s self-learn function, which is just a Base A/F tweak… you probably won’t even notice. To clear codes, you basically enter and exit MODE II twice. There are three ways to do this: 1. At the ECU:* a. Pull back the carpet in front of the passenger seat from the top (closest to the dash). It’s held in place with Velcro. b. Remove the four 10mm bolts holding the wooden ECU cover down, and remove the wooden cover. c. Turn the key to the “ON” position (don’t start it). d. Turn the potentiometer on the ECU all the way to the right (clockwise). Don’t over-turn it, it doesn’t take much effort to turn at all, and the light will turn off. e. Wait 3 seconds with it in this position, then turn it all the way to the left (counterclockwise). The light will start blinking codes. The CEL will also blink the same way.LED won’t turn off? This could mean the potentiometer is already moved to Mode II or partway in-between, or the car is running. Check for these things and try again after cycling the key. f. Turn the potentiometer clockwise again, wait three seconds, and turn it back again. This will clear all codes.* g. Turn the key off, and run codes again to ensure they’re gone. 2. Consult Pins (LED and CEL): a. Locate the Nissan CONSULT Connector. It’s a gray connector on the driver’s side right next to the hood pull lever. If you can’t seem to find it, fish around behind the trim piece a little, as it may have popped off its post in the past. b. Using a paperclip, or small wire, jump the connection between pins 8 and 9 on the Consult connector, as shown below:
  19. Have you done the plug up on ecu to tight the middle pulls in and ends bow out, sure I remember reseting ecu by turning screw left and right a couple of times there is a sequence, If acordian pipe has came off or leaking it will definitely run crap and sound like it's missing, Once you unplug the maf it can't see the leak so will run some form of base map,
  20. Have you checked for air leaks, turbo pipe off somewhere, maybe unplugging the maf is making it run better cause of air leak, check the accordion pipes the big black ones that run either side of engine, Mine run bad when one of these came off,
