what specific error message do you get Bri? Does it say server is not responding? Perhaps your provider has changed their server address. Orange changed their SMTP server a couple of years ago.

hmm its a tricky one - its a bit harsh to ban them as such, perhaps they should just be advised against it (or as this government would love to suggest, tax them more for using it like when they go through a toll or something!), or perhaps allowed to use the slow lane only. it would be impossible to review every single OAP to see if they're suitable, and TBH I cant remember the last time that a major accident was caused solely by an OAP.

ive tried velcro with a couple of things but its shite - the two pieces stick together perfectly enough, but its guaranteed to come unstuck from the dash over time :( i used 3M double-sided pads for my pod that sits on the dash at the top of the centre console - its worked fine so far

hi Chris great to hear from you - nice to hear the beast is still keeping up with you :) my doors were frozen too so i decided to leave them be and warm up by themselves!

I nervously started the old girl up today. its been exactly a month since I last drove her and she started first time! (albeit she'd been on charge the whole time). took her out for a nice long drive and apart from the occasional creak or groan the only things i noticed were a light tapping from the engine (which went after a few minutes), and the steering column vibrated slightly as i turned the wheel at rest, but that went after a few minutes too. i'm chuffed to bits that she survived the weather we've been having - i 'treated' her to a quick wash with warm water and hope to use her again as a daily driver :gunsmilie: ...the only problem is I'd promised myself not to spend any more on her if there had been any problems getting her going today... now where's the Items for Sale section :wacko:
