  4. Unipart will sell all the different types.
  5. AFAIK its just body filler, plastic padding do different types from standard filler to superfine and glass fibre.
  6. And the search button is at the top of the page :) :) to be honest its been spoken about so many times you are better off reading through previous posts and making an educated decision from that lot.
  7. I had a bath last night, so purple vein with no chesse :p
  8. Thats less than I paid for mine 2 years ago
  9. If you can see two pipes going into the bottom of the rad then the chances are it still has the standard cooling, if the two pipes have been joined together then let us know and I will post up some pics of what u need to do.
  10. I think they got it right for the market it was aimed at, they dont seem to do any long journeys in Japan so the auto fluid doesnt get as hot for long periods.
  11. He has done well to get 400+ bhp from the mods listed
  12. Yeah it passed, but it was a Volvo after all :D , the Zed's MOT is not due till March time, I will start chewing nails now for that one.
  13. You dont need the thread title, if you want to know about MPG, just type that in and it brings up all the threads with that in it, same for misfire when cold, type it in and it brings them up, modern technology, aint it great. :nana2:
  14. I am with you on the chavvy comment but I find it helpful when driving in Europe to have the KPH as well.
  15. Unfortunately this club only has a handful of members left that will try to help with a techie question, perhaps more should try and get involved in that side then us grumpy old men can keep our gobs shut. ;) . I do try to point out there is a search facility when a new member asks a question, especially if its one thats asked a lot as you can learn a lot more from searching. I also now feel the need to point out that I am not having a go at anyone and just mentioning it in chat to waste time while my MOT is being done, I ran out of nails to chew. :p
  16. The 3 ltr twin turbo lump should be a good giveaway :D but I am sure at times we all have given a short sharp answer to a question that gets asked time and time again, the club has a lot of faults but we do try to help were possible.
  17. I think Rich was just trying to point out that if petrol consumtion is a factor in buying the car then perhaps its not the car for you, and its a valid point, too many of these cars are being bought by people who dont realise the true cost of running them, even if you are lucky and buy a good example the proper servicing and petrol cost are sky high, they then neglect servicing, problems arise and the cars value plummets, this has a bad effect on the value of all our cars in the long run.
  18. I too would prefer the black background but realise we can only have the one design so will go with the majority on this.
  19. I have the drivers side one in black if thats any use to you.
  20. One each side of the plenum
  21. Remove pipe, unscrew valve and replace, sounds easy till you realise you cant reach them easily the pipe has welded itself on and the valves are in way too tight.
  22. A good clean of all the connectors you can find usually works wonders, just be careful as many of them go brittle due to the years of heat in the engine bay.
  23. Happy Birthday mate, stay clear of white Fiesta's and I am sure you will have a good day.
  24. Unfortunately there is 101 things that can cause it but PCV valves is a common one, if there is no receipts for them being done in the history you have for the car then they will probably need doing wether its causing your problem or not.
  25. Well get out and push it next time, just think of the savings on Petrol. :D
