I've had various conversations and read many threads ref Mongoose Exhausts and heard nothing but good results if you want to stay looking stock with a better sound(not to loud). Its what im looking at getting buddy :dance:

Well im back again with this mistery of the missing sump plug. As i said previously my auto box had a sump plug and was on a Jap import. I managed to get another box which was off another Jap import and to my suprise when i got it home to drain it,there was 'no' plug. I managed to drain the box easily because i could tip the oil out of the hole where the dipstick tube should of been until the level was low enough to take the sump off. How is this done on the car?? Surly when you remove the sump at full level the oil will p#ss everywere!. :confused:

Mate, good one!!!!! Welcome to the forum, its saved my bacon loads of times. Best to join then you can get good discounts, go on whats £20.... Buddy you will have good times and bad times but keep going at it :dance: Mines just cost me another £600 this month but its the first big spend i've had to do when somthings gone wrong but i know i will get more months not spending massive amounts on repairs and only on mod's. Fuel can be a bit of a sore point but the looks are worth it. My missus loves it (the car that is :x: ). Get your wife behind the wheel and there will be no going back. All i can advise is learn about the car and it will save you loads, then if you can't solve the problem you always have the support of the forum. Happy motoring :dance: :dance: :dance:

Buddy ive been under my Z all week putting a gearbox back on and it looks like the turbos will come off easy from under the car. Then again is any thing easy on a Z as i have experianced this week on my drive way ;)

Asked this question a few months back and nothing but negative reply's. I was told to experiment with oils to solve any tapping. Which did solve the problems i had.

Buddy the auto box on an import deffo has a drain plug because i drained mine tonight due to box failure :( Not sure about the uk but should be the same :confused: Think it was a 19 mill plug.

I've had excellent advice reference removing the gearbox (auto ) but im having problems getting to the top bell housing bolts :confused: Any ideas :confused: cheers :hyper:

Buddy im still coming if all goes well :D just come in from trying to remove my gearbox. Frazzled at the weekend coming back from Japfest. Mac's helping out so should be there...finger crossed ;)
