Clarkson
My business partner's son is convinced that Clarkson has been sacked from Top Gear as a cost cutting measure. Furthermore he reckons Clarkson is a commentator on Championship football programme that follows Match of the Day. I thought Clarkson hated all sports but football in particular so I can't imagine it's true.

Done 180 odd miles in 2 days
Do you seal the rubber block down with Sikaflex or similar, or just use copius amounts of Captain Tolley's. Sorry if I appear thick but these leaks are a pain in my wet arse!

Have tried that captain Tolley's before Yassa. Where did you put it to cure your leak.

Done 180 odd miles in 2 days
I've just replaced the two rubbers on the edge of the targas (at top of each window) & the leak is as bad as ever. Is it possible to fit the rubbers wrongly? They are defo on the correct sides! The leak appears to be where the targa meet the top of the roof. Any ideas??

Mot question
A saab specialist pointed it out to me but you have to know what you're looking for! Hope that a Mot centre might not spot it unless they are aware of this model weakness.
-
Mot question
It's a saab 900- crack on bulkhead which needs welding- probably a £200 job but i want rid of car as I have z32 & s13 ( 200sx) so no need for it.

Mot question
Am really wanting to know if I can 'get away with' car failing at one garage & passing at another. It's not my z32, it's a car with a specific weakness & I want to mot it then flog it. If I take it to a make-specific specialist it will fail but another garage may not spot it!

Mot question
if a car is put in for an mot at Station one & fails, & it is subsequently put in to station two for a test , will the details of the fail at station one show up on the computer or does the second examiner have no info on the first test?

Brand new '09' plate. Takemetothepub- it's fairly noisy!

dodge challenger
I know someone who's just bought one of these- he thinks it's the dog's but I don't like them at all- just another big yank barge imo- what do others think. By the way it's the RT not the 'better' SRT.
