what difference in MPG is there, assuming similar driving habits?

Have bought a bottle of this- where is it best to pour it to cure leaking targa?

We are told every year that educational standards are rising as shown by the increase in the number of top grade GCSE's. What they don't tell us is that those at the bottom of the class seem to be worse than ever. Shouldn't those pupils receive extra help to raise their standards so at the very least they can communicate? The sad thing is that the person concerned is probably completely oblivious to their lack of skill in grammar & spelling. BTW like 'retuned' for 'returned'- rather ironic given what is for sale!

whilst i agree that the plates will be very expensive I reckon that it may well reduce the value of existing plates (at least in the short term).

Have just read in Classic Car Weekly that DVLA have proposals in hand to allow 'numbers' to spell out names . the example given is that one could buy from DVLA 'JAMES' rather than having to make do with the closest i.e J 4 MES. Does anyone have more info on this, and what do we think the impact of this would be on the value of current 'personal' numbers?? BTW do you remember the days when DVLA did all within their powers to discourage this 'industry'?

there was a thread re Captain tolley's sealant- apparantly good for marine applications- does it work & ifso, where is best place to put it to stop a leak on edge of targa/top of driver door glass??

BTW - abolition of 25 year rule was one of first things done by Labour after 1997 election!!

rule is that it has to have been MANUFACTURED prior to 1/1/1973- could be reg'd later but if you can prove manufacture date then it's free of road tax.

reading between the lines, I think there may have been some tension. I never took to the other chap there, steve, I think.
