  1. dave- only just spotted your post- how have you found mine to be a 1990 - expected 1989- any idea of the month??
  2. thanks for comments guys- the light was in the six section row immediately below the water temp gauge. From left its the Charge warning light first then the oil light was in one of the next two. is there any way of lighting all the warning lights in a 'test' mode?? Light hasn't been on since BTW!!
  3. this light came on yesterday- its the one in the dial binacle near the 'door open' light rather than lower down. only came on for a second or so when starting- I've checked the oil level which seems ok ( am never confident because of the design of the dipstick). Any thoughts on this as never seen it on before?
  4. If someone can get them to the meet at Haigh hall I'll organise a Hot Tub for them to 'frolic' in!!
  5. My front mud flaps don't fit flush where they run along the sill- ( attachment to wheel arch is fine) has anyone had this problem & if so what have you used to attach firmly? thanks in advance

  7. Yeh- am sure our old friend Mike Brewer must say Coop- just as he calls Wolseleys - 'Wooseys' - couldn't believe my ears when I heard it.
  8. ANT & DEC are shite too!! Rather watch lacquer dry.
  9. Not sure but it looks as though 'she' has got something she shouldnt have- have a close look !!
  10. Slightly off topic- I regularly attend Classic Car Shows run by Andrew Greenwood- the 'compere' called ' Les' always refers to certain vehicles as Coops- not Coopays - anyone else ever come across this. BTW I know the spelling is actually Coupe ( & an acute accent!)
  11. Just 'come across' this old thread- Beeny sexy voice but tits too big!! Schmidt - wouldnt mind doing a few laps!! - can't help thinking her armpits would resemble the black forest though
  12. Anyone have any idea how dealers come up with valuations for private plates? I've had mine valued by RegTransfers at £2500- a good increase on what I bought it for 5 yrs ago. Mine is C 13 ELL ( C BELL) On their site thay have several similar plates on offer H 130 OTH ( H BOOTH) under £2k C 130 OTH & D130 OTH at £17,495. Booth may or may not be a more common surname than Bell but there seems to be no logic as H 130 OTH is worth less than C 13 ELL and mine is a number shorter!! Any thoughts?
