    A man is set to appear in court on Monday charged with attempted murder in connection with a 40-million-pound jewellery heist.

     

    Aman Kassaye, 24, was charged with conspiring with others to rob the Graff jewellery store in London on August 6, as well as attempted murder, unlawful imprisonment and use of a handgun with intent to resist arrest.

     

    Six others have been charged with conspiracy to commit robbery, and two of them have also been charged with possessing a handgun. They are all in police custody and are due to appear in court on October 23.

     

    A record reward of up to one million pounds has been offered to track those behind the robbery
