Two months ago bought Lexmark printer,scanner, & fax including black & colour ink cartridges for £52 from PC world. Need new cartirdges now- cost for 2 is £40!! How can that be? Am thinking about buying a second machine at £52 including the inks so at least I have a back-up if the first one packs up! Is there a market for brand-new machines with no ink!!??

Hasn't this thread turned into a 'for sale' thread in all but name?

Both my targas have been leaking where at front corner of window glass where targa meets roof. Used creaking crack cure then replaced rubbers along edge of targa (at top of door glass) - no improvement. Yesterday went to a classic car show where a Z was on display- spoke to owner who suggested problem may be blocked 'A' pillar rubbers- reckons water runs down inside these ( as well as through drain holes on top of roof). Is this correct and, if so, how do you remove the rubber block at top of 'a' pillar which is attached to the rubber which runs down the 'A' pillar.

Thanks for your input but having rung the companies, Privilege won't cover any imports & Admiral wont cover vehicles registered before year 2000! Any other suggestions or if you have a policy with these companies perhaps you could point me in the direction of your broker (assuming you used one).

I have import z32 (1989) & 200 sx (s13) uk car. Need an insurer who will put both on same policy but they all tell me they can't do it coz one is import & one is Uk??!! Has anyone got any suggestions to arrange cover on one policy?

damien- will be laying my z up at end of October- have you sorted some heating out coz that's my problem as well!

Just browsing this thread & noticed that these flaps are nothing like the ones on my import z32- lwb. Mine are a lot more shaped to the contours of the front sill & rear 1/4 panel. Are mine originals?

I use my jdm tt auto as a daily driver- mileage varies, but it gets well used. Will not use over winter ( tax runs out end October). What best to do to prepare for lay-up till march/april to prevent deterioration through lack of use?

None of the jewellery recovered so far then!
