  1. spot on about the indicators mate took of the hazard switch on top of the pod and they started working again cheers car started as well ticks over fine until it starts to come up to temp then if you blip the throttle lightly the revs drop then catch but def starts to go rough when getting hotter and thers a smell of fuel

  3. cheers for that mate im hoping its something simple there was a strong smell of fuel as well as if it was overfueling
  4. ok was bored today so thought i would try to get cd player worker and whilst i was at it i managed to short something i think took car for a spin then noticed that indicators were not working so went into tescos car park to investigate took of fuse cover and found diagram is in japanese so thought sod it ill do it after crimbo car started perfectly drove round the car park towards exit and the car cut out without warning and wont restart although it turns over called out the aa he checked all the fuses all fine there ,removed a plug thingy to see if spark ,none, checked relays swapped the coil pack one for the sub fan one and she finaly started after clearing the flooding drove car home and the revs would drop at low speed wene pressing throttle wene got car home swithched off and tried to restart she wouldnt any thoughts anyone

  8. iv got grey tweed too ,soon to have a leather retrim after new year once replacement autobox is fitted ,was going to get retrim as crimbo prezzie to myself but some anal retentive excuse of an experimentation monkey put paid to that idea

  14. hi folks whats the best way of removing the tint on the rear screen without damaging the heating element at the moment the tint is bronzy and i want black ,any ideas

  19. no worries buddy ,iv managed to sort out a replacement box and tc from a local member so just leaves an upgraded oil cooler kit to source and then i will be able to burn off that full tank of fuel :nana2:
  20. cheers, its just that the aa during a relay changover found that the car would not roll off backward {no reverse} very well so they winched it up backwards on the next truck so it could be driven off as there is drive
  21. as above would winching a zed onto a flatbed backwards in neutral cause any damage
  22. spot on advice buy a new one ,i bought a second hand matrix once ,even had it pressure checked and guess wat it still leaked 3 months later :slap: do it right the first time and save youself the grief and hassel. and oh bye the way welcome to the club
