  1. Can i have some pictures of the gearbox while it is out. of all angles but more concentrating on the front end. Thanks.
  2. Question?? Is it only on every tues night or is it on all sorts of times?
  3. So its not exactly as good as i thought then? However looks like a good mod.
  4. How does it compare to Atlantis? Adverts are on. :P
  5. Sorry Im not particully interested in seats. I am more interested what the difference actually were to the interior.
  6. Was less to it than I originally thought. Just a uprated Flex Plate. http://www.specialtyz.com/transmission.htm
  7. Damn!!!!! Is that a LS1?
  8. Nothing to be worried about. think the problem was unique to my string of bad luck i have lol.
  9. It wasnt a main pulley. Sorry should have clarified. It was one of the small pulleys that just route the belt around the engine. If it was a main cam pulley then the cam probably would be damaged. It was the bolt which snapped which holds the pully in place.
  10. What are the changes in the interior from the earliest 89 Zed to the latest 00 Zed? Interested in all interior in front of the front seats. So door cards, Switches, Dash, pods, speedo cluster. And can you fit a earlier Zed with the later parts? more out of curiousity if anyhting
  11. interesting.... I'm thinking Locke although we have seen his dad but that guy was a scam artist so who says it was really his dad???
  12. Never got into Atlantis. Watched SG1 then didnt follow any of the others. Hear allot about that Flahs forward things also.
  13. Surely it is a really good idea? combine it with a Greg Dupree Auto gearbox upgrade kit. You will have clutchless shifts and your own desired RPM. Wonder how fast it changes gear. Ok never going to be as good as a Sequential Dog Box with paddle shifts however it is a pretty good idea?
  14. Reminds me of my brothers RX7 interior. He has a limited Red interior which he has combined with a black interior so it isnt so in your face.
  15. Oh no, really feel for your situation. I am in a similar boat. I am at a point of do i call it a day and end it all. My project has have negative impact on my medical situation. I don't want it to get the better of me and give it all in because what the garage has done to me but not sure i can cope with any more. It is very sad realising that something you are very passionate and determined about you have to give up on. The thing is also the expensive you have lost. I know that feeling. Really does hurt and get to you.
  16. I recognised this car from JAE
  17. Cool... Good to see... Very intereted to see your final results as our specs are very similar and same turbos.
  18. Ok sure thing. As Lahsx said he did contact me first via pm, so first refusal goes to him. Ideally i would sell the lot as a package.
  19. Before i carry on... When i refer to used i mean 2000 miles old. Have of which was running in miles on the dyno in a controlled enviroment. These are not the parts the garage were meant to be using for my old build. The engine failed after 2000 miles due to a pulley snapping off the front of the block. I need to check condition of parts and everything will be sold with the buyer being aware of the engine they were removed from failed. So i would advise they get everything checked before using. I will check parts for condition before listing and take detailed pics. the parts are as follows. JWT R4 cams (Wild) JWT heavy duty valve springs Wiseco forged pistons Eagle Rods ARP bolts oil pump (2000 mile old as the rest above) Got a funny feeling i am missing something off. the heads them selves, polished and ported. the block itself machined for the pistons above. Does not come with crank or gaskets. Some parts may not be up to condition. I am not sure at this point. I think the heads should be fine. As for the pistons who knows. the rods should be fine. The car was running rich on two of the cylinders. I worked out the parts alone were £2000 worth. I was thinking £1000 and throwing in the polish and ported heads and bottom block if it was usable. Would both need skimming for the new gaskets i would imagine. That is a guess for my lack of knowledge. If anyone reads this and is interested these will not be availible just yet. but i will take dibs for when it is ready on the assumtion of £1000 assuming all internals are usable and not damaged or worn to excecive degree.
  20. Brilliant post. A question i have always been interested in knowing. When i spec'd my engine i purchased 4 Tomie adjustable cams not realising this would delete my VTC. After realising that i then purchased two BDE aftermarket cam gears so i was running only 2 tomie on the other cams. Could never understand why anyone would want to delete their VTC. That was one of the reasons my previous build was rubbish lower end as i had no VTC hence why my car looked so laggy on the dyno.
  21. Yeah i managed to change the title at the top of the page and thought that changed the link also but didnt when i tried. Didn't realise at the time this was only done by mods. Can we all be mods :D
  22. I had my arial removed and filled as i didnt like the look and to save bit of weight. Been driving around with no FM radio haha.
